Snapping to her senses, Lin Xiyue felt a surge of panic and instinctively reached out to grab the Great Qian of Tai Ah.
"Damn woman, get the hell out of my way!"
With a furious shout, the Great Qian of Tai Ah erupted with a violent blade aura, blasting Lin Xiyue away. Given Lin Xiyue's current cultivation strength in the Mahayana Realm, there was a significant gap between her and the Great Qian of Tai Ah. A single blast was enough to give her internal injuries, and she spat out a mouthful of blood as she hit the ground.
Xun Mi imdiately rushed to help Lin Xiyue up. After checking her wounds, she stared at the Great Qian of Tai Ah still embedded in Luo Xiu's chest. This is going to be a big problem.

Before he could finish, a scream tore through the air as he hastily retreated from Luo Xiu's body and flew into the distance. It was because mysterious flas had suddenly ignited all over Luo Xiu's body.

Luo Xiu stared indifferently at the blade before him, now glowing red-hot from the Indestructible Divine Fla. "Choose. Submission or destruction?"
"Submission!" the blade shrieked. "I submit! I submit! Waaah... what sins did I commit in my past life to deserve this tornt... Waaah... I feel so damn wronged!"
If the Great Qian of Tai Ah were not a weapon-form life but a creature of flesh and blood, he would have been bawling his eyes out. After being tornted by Luo Xiu's Indestructible Divine Fla for nearly half an hour, the Great Qian of Tai Ah had lost all his bluster. If Luo Xiu actually wanted to destroy him, another burst of fla would be enough to lt him into scrap iron.

She knew he had beco so enraged because she had been hurt. It reminded her of the World Martial Arts Assembly, when he had beaten up Lin Jianlong for her sake.
"Luo Xiu, your wound..." Lin Xiyue grabbed his arm, her gaze falling on the wound on his chest, and her heart ached with worry.
Luo Xiu shook his head again, a faint smile on his lips. "Don't worry, it's just a minor injury."
"You were stabbed through the chest, and you call that a minor injury?" Lin Xiyue chided softly.
Hearing this, Luo Xiu's expression changed dramatically. His face turned pale, and he collapsed right into Lin Xiyue's arms, groaning in pain. "Ah... I feel awful... Actually, the injury is very severe."
Seeing this, Xun Mi, i Ji, and Watari Kagura all got goosebumps. They tactfully retreated to a safe distance.
"You two take your ti to heal," Xun Mi called out. "We'll go explore over there."
Back at their original spot, Lin Xiyue gently held Luo Xiu, at a complete loss. He's probably faking it... but I can't be sure. I did see the Great Qian of Tai Ah run him through with my own eyes...
"There, there. The pain will be gone soon," Lin Xiyue comforted him softly, patting his shoulder.
Luo Xiu peeked up at her and said aggrievedly, "What do you an, the pain will be gone soon? Do you hear the nonsense you're spouting?"
Lin Xiyue rolled her eyes. "Well, what do you want to do? I don't know any dical Techniques."
"Just hold ," Luo Xiu said. "If you hold , it won't hurt."

"Sothing must have happened over there. Let's go check it out."
A mont later, when the two arrived at the source of the explosion, they found Watari Kagura lying on the ground. Xun Mi and i Ji had unleashed their full cultivation and were locked in a struggle with a bizarre bloody glow.
Suddenly, an ancient voice echoed through the void.
"Hahaha... With that broken blade of Tai Ah gone, this seat has finally broken free from the seal! I'll start by feasting on you few mortals!"
