A faint fragrance wafted into his nostrils. Feeling the soft, pliant touch on his arm, Luo Xiu found his mind starting to wander. He turned his head to look at Zhang Yi, his gaze landing on her exquisitely cute face. This early in the morning, and there's still no peace.
Zhang Yi suddenly let go of his arm, placed her hands on her hips, and said petulantly, "What are you looking at? Are you trying to peek at ?"
Luo Xiu's gaze slowly drifted downward. There isn't even a gap to peek at.
Knowing where he was looking, Zhang Yi grew angry and hamred his chest with her small fists. "Hurry up and tell , where are you taking your darling to play today?"
"You're the one who lost the bet last night. You promised to spend three days with , so no backing out!"
Luo Xiu looked toward the distant sky, touching his nose as he said, "How about I take you for a stroll on Yan Huang Star?"
Zhang Yi huffed lightly, displeased. "Trying to get rid of just like that? I've already been all over Yan Huang Star. Besides, it's completely barren without a single blade of grass. What's there to see?"
Hearing this, Luo Xiu frowned slightly. "Speaking of which, Yan Huang Star could really use so landscaping."
He then thought of An Ran. An Ran could definitely find a way to green Yan Huang Star in a short amount of ti.
He suddenly asked, "Then how about I take you to play in the Divine Oracle Cave Heaven?"

Zhang Yi puffed out her cheeks. "You clueless, straight-laced guy! You don't know anything! This is the style!"
"Hmph. I even wore this specially for you since I knew we had a date today. I only brought a few outfits with from Earth when I ca to the Upper Realm, so I've been reluctant to wear this one."
Luo Xiu shook his head helplessly. "Fine, don't change. Just wait for for a mont. I'm going to check on Shan Shan first."
"Go ahead then. I need to touch up my makeup."

Luo Xiu found Lin Shanshan in the Imperial Palace. However, she was busy, currently in what appeared to be an important eting. Standing at the entrance of a side hall, Luo Xiu looked through a thin gauze curtain at Lin Shanshan. This girl's every move is infused with the majesty of royalty, just like Emperor Di Xuanji from back then.
But a mont later, Luo Xiu's brow furrowed.
Across the long table, a green-skinned, red-eyed man with pointed ears spoke disdainfully to Lin Shanshan. "My apologies, esteed Empress of Yanhuang, but considering the current state of developnt on Yan Huang Star, I'm afraid the collaboration you propose... will require further discussion."
"If Her Majesty the Empress doesn't mind, I would like to take a stroll through your Imperial Palace."
Lin Shanshan put on a professional smile. "Mr. Hass, please, feel free."
「Shortly thereafter.」
A group of civil and military officials began showing Mr. Hass around the Imperial Palace. Luo Xiu quietly blended into the crowd and gave Lin Shanshan's hair a light tug.
Unexpectedly, this small action was noticed by Mr. Hass. Disdain filled his eyes. "Do all vassals of the Yanhuang Empire show such a lack of respect for Her Majesty the Empress?"
Lin Shanshan smiled apologetically and asked Zuo Qianhuang to entertain Mr. Hass, while she fell back to walk shoulder-to-shoulder with Luo Xiu at the rear of the group.
"Dad, why are you here?"
"I ca to see our precious Empress."
Lin Shanshan rolled her eyes at him.
Luo Xiu transmitted his voice in a focused line, "By the way, where did this goblin co from? He seems rather arrogant."
Lin Shanshan stifled a laugh. "He's not a goblin. He's an Elder from Cang Realm, one of our neighbors."
Luo Xiu was surprised. "You're handling foreign affairs now?"
Lin Shanshan sighed. "We only started diplomatic relations with a few neighboring stars half a year ago, but every single one of them looks down on Yan Huang Star."
She added, "Hass ca to discuss a partnership today. He wants to use food from Cang Realm as rent to lease land on Yan Huang Star, but his demands were outrageous, so the negotiations fell through."
Luo Xiu said, "I don't know much about these things, but we can't just casually give our land away."
"Don't worry, Dad. I'm well aware of that."
Luo Xiu suddenly rembered sothing. "Shan Shan, co with ."
「Not long after.」
Luo Xiu found an empty square within the Imperial Palace. Just as Lin Shanshan, the officials, and Mr. Hass were wondering what he was up to, Luo Xiu gave a stylish wave of his hand.
In an instant, a brilliant light flared!
Within monts, a "mountain" materialized out of thin air in the open space.
Lin Shanshan's eyes went wide. The civil and military officials, along with Hass, were all completely dumbfounded.
The "mountain" shimred with treasure light. It was dozens of ters high and composed entirely of Magical Treasures! All kinds of Magical Treasures!
"Dad, what... what is this?"

Zuo Qianhuang collapsed onto the ground, his face flushed red as his entire body trembled.
Into the silence, Luo Xiu spoke nonchalantly, "I annihilated the Swordfire Divine Sect a while back. These are the spoils of war. The Spiritual dicines were just harvested, so you just need to set aside a dicinal field to plant them."
"As for the Elixirs and the Magical Treasures and Weapons, they can be used by the military."
Lin Shanshan swallowed hard, staring at Luo Xiu as if he were a monster. "Dad, you're inhumanly rich!"

Luo Xiu chuckled and handed thirty Storage Magical Treasures to Lin Shanshan.

Lin Shanshan was stunned for a long ti before she finally recovered, saying weakly, "Dad... you're just too incredible. With all this, it'll be impossible for Yan Huang Star not to prosper."
"But why are you going to the Divine Oracle Cave Heaven? Aren't you supposed to be with Aunt Zhang?"
"I have so business in the Immortal Grass Forest."
At that mont, a loud "THUD" ca from the side. Everyone turned to see that Mr. Hass had collapsed onto the ground.
Hass's face was now completely green, and he was trembling just like Zuo Qianhuang. But unlike Zuo Qianhuang, who trembled with excitent and elation, Hass was trembling from shock and fear...

Zhang Yi turned serious. "Right. Brother Luo Xiu, I've told you several tis now, you can't call Xiao Yi anymore. It sounds awful."
Luo Xiu sat cross-legged and silently activated the spell to enter the Divine Oracle Cave Heaven. "Then what should I call you?"
Zhang Yi declared, "You have to call 'Charming Little Baby'!"
Luo Xiu's shoulders slumped. "Alright, Slly Baby," he said weakly. "Hurry up and get into the Divine Oracle Cave Heaven."
Zhang Yi glanced around. "Wait for ! I need to find a horse first."
Luo Xiu was utterly confused. "Why do you need a horse to go to the Divine Oracle Cave Heaven?"
No sooner had the words left his mouth than Zhang Yi lunged at him, wrapping her arms around his neck and planting a firm kiss on his cheek.
"Mwah~!"
Luo Xiu, on the verge of losing his mind, vanished on the spot and entered the Divine Oracle Cave Heaven.
「Divine Oracle Cave Heaven.」
「The Twelfth Floor.」
The mont Luo Xiu materialized in the Teleportation Plaza, he was surrounded by several War Soldiers clad in armor.
