Third Person’s POV:
The mont Giselle kept the cell phone down, she heard Riven’s confused voice from behind,
“Witches also have mates?”
“Well, they do have soulmates, but I don’t think they are called ‘mates’. As far as I know, they are called ‘partners’. But she told that her mate belongs to another species, so I am confused now. Anyways, I will just go and find out”, Giselle said casually while waving her hand.
“Oh, okay” Riven replied nonchalantly.
Giselle got up and began to move towards the bathroom.
“Where are you going?” Riven asked curiously.
“Bathroom? To take a shower!” Giselle replied casually.
“Wanna have a quick shower s*x?” Riven asked with a flirty smirk.
“Thank you for your kind offer, but I politely reject it. I need to et her in half an hour!” Giselle said with a chuckle and went inside the bathroom.
While closing the door, she heard Riven’s groan.
“You are killing ! I need to take a cold shower again!” Riven hid his face on the pillow.

At Blood Red Renard clan house,
Ira ca out of the shower and got dressed. She grabbed the envelope kept on her dressing table and sat on her bed.
She opened the seal and removed the reports which were inside.
She felt like the ground beneath her feet shattered when she read the content. A tear fell on her cheek.
‘This...this can’t happen!’ She thought in complete denial.
She crumbled the paper in her hand angrily. A tear fell on her cheek. She wanted to kill soone to calm down her anger.
Suddenly, there was a knock on her door.
Ira hid the paper under the blanket, wiped the tear from her cheek and plastered a fake smile on her face.
“Co in”, she said sweetly, while turning towards the door.
She was shocked to see their leader, Theodore, standing in front of her door so early in the morning.
“Theodore, what brought you here so early?” Ira asked politely, but her confused expression was speaking for itself.
“I just wanted to ask you if you are okay. You look disturbed these days. Nina also observed it. She told to talk to you. You know that you can share anything with . We are not just clan mbers but friends”, Theodore said, while keeping his hand on Ira’s hand.
Ira smiled at him and began to speak.
“I know, Theo and I am okay. I am just tensed. You know why” She gave him a knowing look.
“I understand. Don’t worry, we will win this battle and conquer the world like we dreamt. The Foxes won’t be defeated this ti. We will take our ancestor’s revenge this ti, I promise you that”, Theodore said with a proud smile.
“Yeah. I trust you”, Ira smiled with a curt nod.
“Do you really not wish to share anything else with ?” Theodore asked while looking at her, observing her every movent and change in her body language.
“Nope, not at all. I will share if anything is worth sharing”, Ira replied with a smile.
“Very well”, Theodore smiled in reply.
Suddenly, Ira’s cell phone started ringing.
“It’s Nina, I guess she is waiting in the dining room for . Let’s go, we will have breakfast together, leader Theo” Ira said, plastering a bright smile on her face.
“Yes, you go first. I have to make an important phone call”, Theodore said calmly while showing his phone.
“Sure. Be there soon”, saying that with a smile, Ira left.
As soon as Ira was out of sight, Theodore removed the crumbled paper which was under the blanket.
“You think you are so smart, Ira?” He looked at the paper with a confused gaze.
“What is it?” He straightened up the crumbled paper and read the contents.
The corner of his lip twitched into a smirk, “Do you really think you can hide this from forever, Ira?”
