Liam appeared in his room and collapsed on his bed. He picked up his phone to check the ti and he saw that he had spent almost half the day, checking out the property and the island.

He smiled to himself at how much enjoyable it was. Exploring the Manhattan property and San Caerola Key had been worth every second.

And now, here he was, back in his room, wondering what to do with the rest of his day.

A hundred ideas rushed into his head all at once.

A lot for ideas of what to do filled his head, racing on race track, teleporting to Mount Everest or Antarctica, the Sahara, or other extre parts in the world. He also has an idea of visiting Japan to see the place for himself. He could also go to Dubai, Monaco, Dubai, Qatar, Paris, London. There were so much ideas that it felt overwhelming.

But sothing about those ideas felt hollow. The truth was simple was that Liam didn’t want to do any of them alone.

For a man who could do anything, go anywhere, his old habits still clung stubbornly to him.

He let out a long and heavy sigh, almost frustrated with himself. And he decided not to sink into it this ti.

Unlocking his phone, he tapped into the group chat. His fingers hovered for a second, then typed:

"Guys, anyone free? I’m bored to hell right here."

The ssage sent.

It didn’t take long for a reply and his phone buzzed. It was from Matt.

"You’re bored? How’s that even possible?"

Liam smiled wryly at the ssage. He could already picture Matt’s face when he typed that, full of disbelief.

After all, how could soone like Liam, the owner of Bellere Mansion and more than enough wealth, be bored? Also, Liam has a yacht which he could vanish to at any ti, escaping to have fun.

But Liam’s reality was different.

"It just happens I’ve got nothing exciting to do," he replied.

Matt’s response ca instantly, as if he had been waiting for it.

"I get that. Actually, I can help."

"Oh? How?" Liam raised a brow, amused and curious at the sa ti.

Another ssage popped up:

"I’m eting so friends tonight. It would be huge for if you ca along. Honestly, I just want to brag to them that I know you."

Liam burst out laughing, the sound echoing in his quiet room. He could see Matt grinning mischievously as he typed that. For a second, Liam thought about saying no. But then he paused.

Why not?

It wasn’t like he had plans. And the truth was that he didn’t mind. Not at all. He will just treat it as sothing casual to help him get out of his shell. It will be a chance for him to finally start loosening up.

"Fine. When and where?" he typed.

Over at Matt’s place, Matt’s face lit up when he read the reply. He was about to reply and say that he will co to Liam’s place, so that they can go together, but he quickly stopped himself. He had a better idea.

"Actually, co to my place. We’ll go together."

Liam read it and shrugged. That was fine.

"No problem. I’ll bring my car. Pick you up and drop you back when we’re done."

"Perfect. Thanks, man. I’ll send my address. Early evening, by 4:30," Matt replied.

He couldn’t stop smiling.

The details ca through. Liam sent back a thumbs up and said that he will et him there, before he tossed his phone aside.

He rose from the bed and walked to the intercom panel near the door. Pressing the button, he spoke calmly:

"Evelyn, please let Mason know we’ll be taking the Rolls Royce out this evening."

Evelyn’s voice ca back instantly, "Understood, sir."

Satisfied, Liam returned to his bed and dropped onto it again. The day stretched ahead, long and idle. He thought about entering the cultivation world for a while, but there wasn’t much for him to do there at the mont. Instead, he decided to play Eternal Realms.

***

Ti flowed like a stream.

The sun shifted across the sky, and before long the golden hue of evening spilled through his windows. Liam stopped the ga, stretched, and headed for the shower.

Steam filled the bathroom as he stood beneath the cascade of hot water, letting it wash away the hours of stillness.

When he stepped out, he felt refreshed and sharper. He dried himself and pulled on a fresh set of clothes. And on his wrist, he clasped the one-off Vacheron Constantin watch he had received from one of his daily sign-ins during his trip to Geneva.

The tipiece was beautiful and elegant no matter how many tis he’s seen it

He checked himself once in the mirror, adjusted his collar, and left the room.

Downstairs, Mason was already waiting near the front door. Tall, steady, dressed in the crisp uniform of his station.

He gave a respectful nod and greeted when he saw Liam.

"Evening, sir."

"Evening, Mason," Liam replied, with a warm tone.

Liam’s warm response surprised Mason for the briefest mont but he didn’t show his surprise.

He stepped forward and opened the door. Outside, parked by the steps, was the Rolls Royce Ghost Black Badge.

Just as Liam was about to step out, he heard Evelyn call from behind.

"Sir, should we prepare dinner?"

She asked it carefully because she didn’t know how long he would be gone, or if he’d want food waiting on his return.

Liam thought for a mont, then turned to her with a small smile. "No need, Evelyn. I’ll likely be back late."

She nodded, accepting his answer with a soft bow.

Liam stepped outside and the evening air was cool, carrying the faint scent of jasmine from the gardens, caressed him. Mason opened the rear door for him, and he slid into the plush leather seat.

Inside, Nick was at the wheel. He turned slightly, greeting, "Good evening, sir."

"Good evening, Nick," Liam returned with the sa enthusiasm he had shown Mason.

Nick raised a brow faintly, though he kept his focus on the road ahead. Like Mason, he noted the shift in Liam’s tone.

Mason settled into the passenger seat, and Nick started the engine. The Rolls Royce purred softly and Nick guided it down the driveway, through the wrought-iron gates of Bellere Mansion, and out onto the streets of Holmby Hills.

The world outside moved past in shades of gold and amber as the sun sank lower and Liam leaned back, watching through the tinted windows.
