It was clear that Xue Dili knew what they liked to watch.
Advertising? No problem.
So, in the prologue, Xue Dili edited out all the beauty of the Fairy Tale World: the generous Witch elder sister crafting Magic Potions, the slumbering Silver Princess, the young girl holding the Big Bad Wolf’s hand, and the farm girl making bread with apples after talking to Mr. Apple Tree.
And there were the anxious Knight sisters in the thorn-covered lands of the Silver Country, desperately rescuing the sleeping people within.
At the very beginning of the movie, Xue Dili showcased all the beauty of fairy tales, intentionally adding more close-ups to those fairy-like girls.
This scene once again sparked a conversation.
After all, not long ago, there had been a blockbuster called "Black Snow Princess," and last year, the so-called masterpiece "Black Demon Fish." Both were fairy tale-thed and flopped horribly, causing a huge outcry and dissatisfaction on the whole TT platform.
Because after the box office failure, the director stubbornly claid that the audience didn’t understand aesthetics, stating that the original Snow White and rmaid looked like this.
But both Snow White and the rmaid are Danish stories; you can’t possibly say that "Black Demon" is a Danish specialty, can you?
Could it be that too many Black Demons were thrown into the sea during the triangular trade, leading the Little rmaid to believe that humans should look like this and thus transford into Black Demons?
But what’s with the Black Snow Princess? You can’t possibly say a Danish princess is a Black Demon, right?
So recently, there has been continued online resentnt towards politically correct films, dissatisfaction with the Arican left’s aesthetics imposition, and anger over the distortion of fairy tales; almost any video criticizing "Black Snow Princess" and "Black Demon Fish" gets high view counts.
Even videos with no substance, just venting emotions, filled with "f*ck" and "sh*t" directed at these two politically correct fairy tale films, get tens of thousands of views.
But now, a brand new fantasy film has erged out of nowhere. Instead of using the "Celestial Thunder Chronicles" prefix, it uses "The Bizarre Adventures of Xediles" as the prefix.
Yet all the old fans understood right away; the mont they clicked play, there was a Silver Giant Dragon soaring through the sky, then transforming into a sultry and generous Witch elder sister.
The Silver Princess slept amidst Crystal Coffin and thorns, her skin fair and rosy, as pure and beautiful as warm winter snow, making anyone glance at her and feel what "Danish princess" should be like.
A young girl led by the Big Bad Wolf looked towards the distant village under her red hood, and the adorable little loli cotton farr once again caused many people to explode.
In the deep sea, Little rmaids only used shells and scales to cover vital parts of their bodies, happily singing songs written in another world’s language.
These beautiful scenes caused people who have been fed up with politically correct history to give sharp cries of surprise.
It was evident that Xue Dili knew how to edit videos for maximum thumbs up and views, so he chose the editing style with the most comnts. If he started by editing the twisted and fearso monsters of the Li, the video views would at least be halved.
So, this carefully edited Fairy Tale World adventure by Xue Dili unsurprisingly beca explosively popular again.
And Xue Dili enjoyed a feast of "negative traffic," thanks to the politically correct community’s free traffic.
Especially when comparing the Silver Princess with the increasingly popular "Black Snow Princess," and the adorable and diminutive tear-pearl Little rmaids with the recent "Black Demon Fish," the comparison was simply shocking.
The beauty and liveliness of the Fairy Tale World are unforgettable after just one glance.
And soon, after several minutes of beautiful Fairy Tale World, ca the purgatory-like scenes of the Li, and the adventure of Xue Dili and Old Green in that grotesquely zombie-like "monster" world.
This scene made all the just then enthralled audience suddenly crack; wasn’t it just a beautiful Fairy Tale World monts ago, how did it suddenly turn into Hell?
With this question, they curiously continued watching...
...
At the sa ti, that reverse-editing thod by Xue Dili, the beautiful Fairy Tale World scenes went viral on the internet again.
This ti, it was mainly the comparison with "Black Snow Princess" and "Black Demon Fish" that led to the explosive popularity.
After all, not long ago, the director of "Black Snow Princess" had just released a video lashing out at the audience, calling anyone who criticized him culturally ignorant "rednecks."
This instantly infuriated countless online people, as aesthetics are mostly driven by the heart rather than the head, and when their hearts disagreed, it was absolutely unacceptable.
In the entire "Black Snow Princess," only the Wicked Queen was considered watchable, and she was portrayed as the comic relief. This originally planted a powder keg inside many viewers.
And clearly, Xue Dili greedily absorbed this wave-blown traffic, instantly causing a sensation.
After all, aesthetics driven by the heart, from Ancient Greece onwards, has been the true mainstream, and this aesthetic is consistent worldwide, whether in Ancient Greece, Ancient India, Ancient Dongda, or Ancient Egypt... this aesthetic hasn’t varied much.
The goddess of Greece, dancer sculptures of India, the Four Beauties of Ancient Dongda, and the queen of Ancient Egypt all share slim waists and curvy figures, proving that the aesthetics of all races are on the sa level.
