Chapter 519: Money making system
Ethan and the others appeared inside the Hidden Sage Village.
The moment they arrived, two figures instantly manifested before them. Null and the Village Chief had sensed multiple unfamiliar presences entering the village and came personally to investigate.
Null’s sharp eyes swept across everyone before landing on Ethan.
“Who are they, Ethan?” he asked calmly.
Ethan stepped forward calmly.
“They are my family members. I hope Village Chief can forgive me for bringing them here without asking for permission first.”
The Village Chief looked at the frightened group behind Ethan for a moment before speaking in a relaxed tone.
“There is no need to apologize. Since they are connected to you, they are wele to stay here. However, they are extremely weak. Do not allow them to wander around the village alone.”
Ethan nodded immediately. The warning was reasonable.
In Elysium, even a Level One existence possessed power parable to an Absolute Continuum Realm expert from the outside universe. The gap between this place and the lower worlds was simply too terrifying.
“Thank you for the warning,” Ethan said sincerely.
Null crossed his arms lightly.
“We have already sent invitations to them. A banquet will be arranged in ten days. We shall see how many decide to appear.”
“Understood,” Ethan replied.
Suddenly, Yumiko’s voice echoed inside Ethan’s mind.
[Master.]
Ethan’s eyes flickered slightly.
“What is it, Yumiko?”
[Because Elysium’s system suppresses the natural formation of their Law Strands, there exists a special method through which they may cultivate one.]
Ethan immediately became interested.
“Really? How?”
[They must swear loyalty toward you, Master. If you permit it, they will then be capable of prehending your Law of Infinity. Once this happens, a Law Strand will be born within their bodies as an extension of your own law.]
Ethan’s eyes widened slightly.
Yumiko continued calmly.
[The greater the number of people connected to your law, the larger your own Law Strand will continue to grow. Their prehension will directly nourish your power. The stronger their understanding bees, the greater the benefits for you.]
A smile slowly appeared on Ethan’s face.
This was an unbelievable opportunity.
If countless beings cultivated under his law, his own strength would increase continuously without needing additional effort. His Law Strand would evolve endlessly through the prehension of others.
Ethan immediately turned toward Null and the Village Chief.
“Null, Village Chief, meet me tonight. I have something important to discuss.”
Both of them noticed the seriousness in Ethan’s expression.
“Alright,” they answered before disappearing from the area.
Only after they left did Ethan look back toward his family.
Throughout the entire exchange, everyone had remained silent.
The pressure emitted by Null and the Village Chief had terrified them pletely. Even standing near those two had felt suffocating. It was as though they had just met beings beyond the level of gods.
Rey swallowed nervously.
“Brother… where exactly are we? And who were those people?”
“You will understand everything soon,” Ethan replied calmly. “For now, let us enter the castle.”
He began walking forward while the others hurriedly followed behind him.
Soon, they entered the massive castle located near the center of the village.
The interior was luxurious beyond imagination. Vast halls stretched endlessly while countless rooms lined the upper floors.
Ethan’s family quickly selected their own rooms before gathering again.
A short while later, everyone assembled inside the enormous central hall.
“Rose, call everyone here,” Ethan said quietly.
Rose nodded and immediately gathered the remaining family members.
When everyone finally stood before him, Ethan slowly raised his right hand.
Boom!
An immense wave of energy exploded from his body.
The terrifying power surged into every single person present.
The moment the energy entered their bodies, their cultivation realms began breaking through violently.
It did not matter whether they were weak or strong. Every single one of them advanced at an absurd speed.
Rey, Rey’s parents, and his grandfather experienced the most shocking changes because they had originally possessed the weakest foundations.
Their auras rose continuously without stopping.
One breakthrough after another erupted inside the hall.
The surrounding space trembled endlessly.
Ethan then activated his Time Domain.
Instantly, time inside the hall accelerated by one million times.
Days passed inside the domain while only a short period passed outside.
Under Ethan’s guidance and overwhelming energy supply, everyone continued stabilizing and evolving rapidly.
Finally, Ethan lowered his hand and stopped the process.
The hall slowly became quiet again.
Everyone stared at themselves in disbelief.
They had all reached the Absolute Continuum Realm.
A realm they had once considered impossible even in their dreams.
Ethan looked at them calmly.
“Listen carefully. From today onward, all of you will follow a pletely different cultivation path. First, accept the System of Elysium. After that, I will explain everything else.”
Everyone nodded seriously.
They still could not fully prehend what had happened, but they trusted Ethan pletely.
Without another word, Ethan left the hall.
They needed time to stabilize their new powers and fully merge with Elysium’s system.
Meanwhile, Ethan decided to explore the village alone.
The Hidden Sage Village contained more than ten thousand residents.
Surprisingly, despite their terrifying strength, most of them lived ordinary and peaceful lives. Some farmed crops while others crafted tools, cooked food, or managed stores.
It looked less like a gathering place of supreme beings and more like a peaceful mortal village.
Eventually, Ethan arrived before a blacksmith shop.
The moment he entered, he sensed the aura of the owner.
Level 450.
An existence so powerful that countless universes would probably collapse under a single attack from him.
Yet the man was simply forging weapons inside a humble workshop.
Ethan glanced toward the displayed weapons carefully.
Every single weapon radiated terrifying power.
Even the weakest blade there could probably cut through Level 200 entities like paper.
Ethan sighed inwardly.
He had originally planned to buy weapons for his family.
Unfortunately, he quickly realized he could not afford anything here.
The blacksmith noticed him and smiled lightly.
“Hello. You are the guest brought by the Village Chief, correct? Please, take a look around.”
Ethan nodded politely before pointing toward a dagger displayed nearby.
“How much does this dagger cost?”
“Five hundred coins,” the blacksmith answered casually.
Ethan smiled bitterly.
His entire fortune was probably not even worth a single coin inside this village.
“I see. Thank you. I will visit again another time.”
The blacksmith laughed warmly.
“e anytime. If you wish, I can even forge custom weapons for you.”
“Thank you,” Ethan replied before leaving the shop.
As he walked through the village streets again, Ethan began thinking deeply.
He needed money.
And the fastest way to obtain it would probably involve Null and the Village Chief.
At that moment, another idea suddenly formed in his mind.
“Yumiko,” Ethan said internally, “if people offer me money, can that somehow help them prehend my law faster? Since the Law of Infinity belongs to me, can we create a system around it?”
For the first time, Yumiko sounded genuinely impressed.
[Brilliant idea, Master. It is indeed possible.]
Ethan’s eyes brightened instantly.
[However, once such a rule is established within your law, changing it later will bee extremely difficult. Therefore, you must decide carefully how much prehension each amount of currency should provide.]
A slow smile appeared on Ethan’s face.
“Then let us sit down and calculate everything properly,” he said softly.
