Charles was stunned for a mont. But then he rembered seeing Ethan’s capabilities of healing were out of this world. So he really might have a chance to do this.
Charles smiled, "Then I won’t be polite, President."
Ethan said, "That’s more like it. Okay, now give a tour of this university."
"Sure." Charles agreed happily.
The university course was normally 4 years. If soone couldn’t beco a grandmaster in four years, he would have to drop out. Because the resources were top-notch. And if soone could beco a grandmaster before four years, he could take early graduation if he wanted to.
As the university was new, there were all first-years. Around 5000 prodigies.
Ethan now had the appraisal talent. He could use it to see other people’s status in digital form like his system interface. He could see other people’s every details. Even their hidden talents too.
Besides, the appraisal talent ran even deeper in case of Ethan. It could use the Law of Karma to know the marked one’s past and the Law of Fate to know the future. Of course, the target would need to be a weakling, as his law comprehension was still under 10%.

Charles sat down. Ethan sat down behind him, placed his hand behind his back, and light energy started to enter Charles’s body.

Then the cells started absorbing the trendous vital energy and replenishing the vitality they had lost before. In 30 minutes Charles turned into a 30-year-old man. A very handso one.
Ethan smiled, "Now you are ready to date again. Don’t go hunting for 18 years old though."
Charles was extrely happy. He didn’t know that he could turn young after he reached the planetary realm. Even if he knew, that wouldn’t matter much as no one except Ethan was a planetary realm on Earth.
Ethan said, "Okay, bye Charles. I hope you can beco an emperor soon. I’ll give you a gift then."
Then he vanished. Ethan was going to plan out the technique he wanted to create for making other people stronger without harming their foundation. Besides, the tournant would start tomorrow, so Emissary Arthur would surely co to visit him soon.
Now in the vampire domain
Ethan was walking in the gloomy environnt of the vampire domain. This whole domain was plunged in eternal darkness and the most eye-catching part was that every planet had a red moon hung in the sky. There was no sun in any solar system. The moons were as large as suns.
The supres of the vampire race had probably modified the entire domain to create the best environnt for the vampires.
Ethan killed a normal vampire who didn’t have any fa or anything. He was a punk. But the punk was exactly what Ethan needed.
Now Ethan was thinking about what to do.
His target was to mix with the upper echelon, get their secret information, and use them if he would ever need them.
Ethan would first find the academy for vampires or any related institutions they might have. This planet was 3 tis bigger than Earth. He scanned the whole planet and the most powerful one only had 81 Sun-level power. It was not a bad or good planet. The average power was not too much higher than Earth.
Ethan appeared at the central city of the planet.
This ti there was a recruitnt for young soldiers to go to the battlefield.
The power system of the vampires was not like the humans, who needed to awaken their elental core. It was a bloodline system.
They would take the blood essence of high-tier monsters or beings to advance to the next level. The more unique and powerful the bloodline, the more powerful the vamoire would beco.
The nobles bowever had pure bloodlines and they only needed to cultivate their bloodline to get the purity percentage higher and they would beco stronger.
But this system had a loophole. Then how did those supres beco supre in the first place? Every noble had the bloodline of a supre in a different consistency. They just needed to cultivate it.
But the supres should have beco powerful through getting the bloodline of different powerful monsters, right? But where did they get the blood essence of a supre-tier monster? This vampire race sure had so bullshit cultivation thod.

This vampire race had different battlefields with monsters. These monsters weren’t races of this universe. They had unknown origins.

Ethan was also interested in those realms. He wanted to know where this monster originated from? Were they product of this universe or they were from diffrent dinsion or sothing.
Ethan went toward the recruiting team.
"I want to join the army."
So other vampire young lads were also present there, when they saw this, so of them laughed out loudly.
"You want to join the battlefield? Do you even have wings, trash?"
A handso vampire said loudly.
Ethan looked at him and said in a mocking tone, "Oh, you bet I have. I can take your mom for a good ride with those wings. Want to beco my son?"
This type of joke was not common in the vampire domain. So those vampires were caught off guard.
Then that young man roared when the information finally settled down in his brain . His already red eyes turned bloody red instantly. A red glow started to co out.
His fangs protruded instantly and two huge bat wings spread behind him.
He cut off his vein of a hand and blood started dripping out. He created a blood pill and threw it to Ethan.
"I challenge you to the battle of life and death. Eat the pill and accept my challenge and fight like a real man."
"Oh ho. This dude sure has so self-respect. Direct life and death challenge. Or is this a norm here?" Ethan smiled curiously.
But he actually didn’t give a shit. He was fully intended to create wave after wave here. So he should probably start with this self-respected fool.
