Imdiately, they searched for the hidden culprit based on the various clues left at the overseas base, eventually discovering an island. The island was inconspicuous amid the vast sea, yet it housed a base filled with Westerners seemingly scheming sothing!
After all, this island lies in the Pacific, relatively close to Huaxia, whereas the Western mainland is far from this base. Clearly, there’s a plot against Huaxia.

Xiao Zheng continued, "How far from here?"
Black Rose thought a while, then said, "About a hundred nautical miles. I managed to return from that island to this beach thanks to a current I encountered when I woke up."
Xiao Zheng said, "Very well. You lead the way, and we’ll rescue Bai Mudan now. Falling into that leader’s hands, she’s surely in grave danger. We must hurry to save her from the wolf’s den."
Black Rose was astonished, "Going now?" That base is formidable, filled with terrifying firepower. Going without preparation could be dangerous.
Xiao Zheng said with a smile, "You doubt ? Point the way."
Black Rose advised, "Perhaps we should prepare first."
Xiao Zheng replied, "Show the way."

Xiao Zheng nodded, grabbed Black Rose’s hand, and headed toward the sea.
Black Rose exclaid, "Xiao Zheng, what are you doing?" heading straight for the sea, was he planning to swim there?
Xiao Zheng shook his head without a word, simply leading Black Rose toward the sea. Observing this, she pondered Xiao Zheng’s daunting skill level, wondering if he truly possessed so formidable ability. She conceded and let him lead, albeit with a burgeoning apprehension in her heart.
Boom!
Just stepping onto the water, a wave of Gang Qi surged from Xiao Zheng’s body, radiating golden light, enveloping both him and Black Rose in a terrifying aura of energy.
Black Rose nearly fainted, overwheld by this mighty force, which heavily suppressed a martial artist of her tier. Sensing this, Xiao Zheng eased the pressure slightly, making her feel better.

They were sprinting across the sea!

Black Rose gasped.

his black hair still fluttering, with eyes occasionally flashing coldly, possessing an unimaginable allure! Black Rose almost felt breathless.
