"Traitor? Did you catch them?" Leng Ruobing asked, her brows furrowing slightly.
Xiao Zheng replied, "They should have been caught by now. I didn’t get involved in the details. Catherine and Long Qie, they’ve already grown capable of handling things on their own. Such a minor disappearance, Catherine could handle it herself without stepping in."
"Hopefully, she’s having a hard ti in Europe as it is," Leng Ruobing remarked. "You always enjoy being hands-off, only helping when your people are in trouble."

Upon hearing this, Chu Xiaoran couldn’t help but laugh. She lightly pouted and said, "You think everyone has skin as thick as yours? Aren’t you going to get out? Cousin is still outside without resting, and if she catches you, I can’t guarantee that you won’t have to beco the head of the household tonight."
Though their relationship was sowhat ambiguous, they hadn’t broken through the last layer of the window paper.
Upon hearing this, Xiao Zheng shrugged and said, "Then hurry up and finish. Though soaking is nice, be careful not to catch a cold."
"Got it! Get out of here! So naggy!" Chu Xiaoran urged with a red face.
Xiao Zheng laughed aloud, then turned and left the bathroom.
Standing at the bathroom entrance and recalling the recent scene, an inevitable fla of mischief still flickered in his abdon...
