Xiao Zheng first asked the little girl if she still rembered the way. The little girl, groggy, shook her head and said she couldn’t rember anything.
Xiao Zheng laughed, "It’s okay, I’ll carry you around this area. When you see a familiar scene, just let know."
The little girl nodded and said, "Mm."
Xiao Zheng smiled, imdiately picked up the little girl, and darted into the depths of the forest.

At that mont, a cold, gleaming arrow sliced through the air, striking the spot where Xiao Zheng had just been. It plunged deeply into the ground, its tail still trembling.
One could imagine the imnse power behind that arrow.
Xiao Zheng’s expression darkened as he looked in the direction of the dense forest and said coldly, "Friend, isn’t it a bit impolite to attack without a word?"
Out of the miasma ahead, a very tall figure erged with a stern gaze. He looked at Xiao Zheng and said in the local language, "Let go of Little Arman at once!"
"Uncle Wassigu."
Seeing the man, the little girl’s face lit up with joy and she yelled out.
"Hmm?"
Wassigu noticed the girl’s expression and felt sothing was off, as there was no sign of fear on her face.
Xiao Zheng laughed and said, "I think there might be a misunderstanding. I’m an adventurer who stumbled into this forest by accident and encountered this little girl on the way. At that ti, she was surrounded by a pack of ferocious wolves, and I rescued her."
After hearing Xiao Zheng’s explanation, Wassigu’s expression softened a bit, then he looked at the little girl and said, "Little Arman, is what this man says true?"
The little girl nodded earnestly and said, "Big brother is amazing. We t that scary wolf pack, hundreds of fierce wolves rushed us, but big brother drove them all away, and even killed the Wolf King."

Seeing Wassigu and Little Arman, they all called out in surprise, swarming around them.

"Where did you go this ti? How could you just disappear like that?"

The crowd was excited and curious, all talking at once.

She had been so frantic searching for Little Arman that she was almost driven insane.
