Chapter 176
Julie’s Point of View
My eyes widened in a shock that paralyzed my movent. A slight tremor ran through my limbs as I stared at the familiar building before ; what I was seeing couldn’t possibly be real! We were standing right at the university gates.
I turned toward Robert, who was watching my stunned reaction with cold indifference.
"You aren’t dreaming," he said in a calm tone.
I swallowed hard, my heart hamring violently against my ribs. "What are we doing here?" I asked, my voice cracking.
"You have a final exam today, don’t you?" he replied, locking his gaze onto mine.
In that instant, mories flooded my brain like a torrential tide. I rembered the final exam I thought I had lost the chance for forever. A pang of sorrow gripped my heart. "Yes... today," I whispered brokenly.
I began to imagine the worst; had he brought here to punish ? To show my classmates taking their exams and moving on with their lives while I remained trapped here, a prisoner in his luxury car and at his rcy? A chill swept through my body as I waited for his usual sadism, but he surprised with a definitive statent: "You will take your exam today."
My body jolted, and I turned toward him fully, my mouth hanging open in genuine disbelief. "What?!"

Robert’s Point of View
I watched the unprecedented shock in her eyes; she couldn’t believe I had brought her here to take her exam.
I leaned toward her slowly, feeling her rapid breaths as she tracked my movent. I reached out and unbuckled her seatbelt, saying in a low voice, "Yes, as you heard... today, you will take your exam."
I leaned back into my seat, observing her scattered features. "I can’t believe it! Are you serious?" she asked, her voice trembling from the shock.
"Enough. Do you want to change my mind?" I said with feigned coldness.
The words had barely left my mouth when she lunged at , hugging with an impulsiveness I hadn’t expected.
Her arms wrapped tightly around my neck, her face buried in my shoulder as she whispered in a voice drenched in gratitude, "Thank you so much... thank you!" I slowly reached out and placed my hand on her back.
Damn... her embrace was sothing I hadn’t anticipated. I felt a warmth seeping into my limbs, lting the ice around my heart.
She lifted her head to look at with those shining green eyes and that enchanting smile that revealed her dimples.
She was arousing to a terrifying degree... if I were to die one day, I would want to be buried right there, in that look. "I can’t describe how happy I am," she said eagerly.
And that was exactly what I was looking for. I just wanted to see her happy. I couldn’t get past the idea of her losing an entire year of her life just because she was locked up with ; she is far too brilliant for that.
I suddenly gripped her by the hips and lifted her from her seat in one motion until she was in my lap, facing eye-to-eye, her legs straddling mine. She looked at with a mix of terror and desire.
I pinned her back against the steering wheel and leaned in until her ragged breaths fanned over .
"You will enter the exam hall, you will take your test, and you will co back here to this car. Is that understood?" I commanded.
She nodded silently. I squeezed her hip. "I want to hear your answer."
"Yes... understood," she replied in a faint voice.
I ran my hand through her silky strands of hair. "I’m choosing to trust you this ti." I tightened my grip on her hip, diving into her eyes. "Can I trust you, Julie?"
"Yes," she answered with a sincere tone. "I won’t betray your trust."
I ran my finger over her lips, which parted slightly in a spontaneous reaction to my touch. "Good girl," I whispered.
Suddenly, hesitation clouded her features. "But there’s a problem."
"What is it?"
"I’ve been absent for two months," she said sorrowfully. "They won’t let take the exam."
I smirked inwardly. I had already spoken to the university dean and "donated" an astronomical sum, reaching an agreent that Julie would take her exam without any obstacles. "Don’t worry about that," I assured her.
She leaned in slightly and kissed my cheek, saying softly, "Thank you." She looked at for a long ti, then asked a question that pierced through my defenses: "Why are you doing this?"
"Because you’re smart," I said, trying to regain my mask.
"I an, why? You don’t have to do this," she insisted.
Is she starting to see through ? "I felt pity for you," I said with artificial coldness.
Her gaze shifted instantly; that spark died out. "Let out of the car," she said sharply, trying to pull away.
I pinned her firmly against the wheel. "Do you rember what I told you?"
"Yes," she replied curtly.
I couldn’t stand the fact that I hadn’t kissed her this morning.
She was so close to . I moved my lips toward hers slowly, but she suddenly turned her face away. "I’ll be late for the exam," she said.
I exhaled in frustration and let her return to her seat, then opened the door for her.
She hopped out and closed it quickly. I remained there, watching her figure as she walked away and entered the university building. I knew for a certainty that everything I was doing right now was pure madness, but I was doing it anyway.
