“Hulu!!” The Gu King roared angrily and turned to chase after Fan Bayin.

A blood-red blade light appeared, and the Gu King let out another cry of pain.
A new wound opened on its back, and this ti, the wound was even more terrifying, cutting open nearly a ter-long piece of skin, revealing the milky white flesh inside and the green acidic blood.

“Uncle An, what’s wrong?” Zhang Jing turned her head in puzzlent, looking at An Cheng, unsure why he suddenly sighed.
“I suddenly rembered a legend.” An Cheng’s face seed troubled, “If this creature is indeed one of the legendary Gu insects, things won’t be so simple.”
“A legendary Gu insect?” An Xiu asked curiously, “Dad, what’s that?”
“It’s a type of… terrifying creature that can evolve autonomously according to the environnt and adapt to almost any environnt!” An Cheng said through gritted teeth.
“Good! Li Chen, give it another slash; I feel this big guy can’t hold on much longer!” Fan Bayin stabbed the Gu King again with an arrow and then quickly ran off, shouting out loud.
Li Chen nodded, preparing to seize this chance to strike the Gu King again, but noticed that the Gu King, which should have turned to chase after Fan Bayin, had stopped in its tracks.
