Under Ouyang Wan’er’s lead, Li Chen and the three won finally stood before a mountain valley after traversing a series of mountain forests.

When Li Chen led the three ladies inside, they witnessed the scene of two groups confronting each other.
It was easy to distinguish friend from foe. The people from Hongng Pavilion were all young and wore relatively uniform white attire, suggesting so organization and discipline. In contrast, the other group was chaotic, resembling a noisy marketplace.
"Is it them?" Li Chen smiled as he looked ahead.
"Yes!" Ouyang Wan’er nodded, "The tallest girl is our team leader for this training, Senior Sister Chu Xi."
"Team leader?" Li Chen’s eyes grew more intrigued.
Both Ouyang Wan’er and Qilin Princess ca from the outside, sothing known to Hongng Pavilion’s mbers. Choosing a different girl as the leader for this expedition instead of them intrigued Li Chen.
"It’s Junior Sister Wan’er and the others!"

"Senior Sister Chu Xi, what happened?" Ignoring others trying to chat, Ouyang Wan’er addressed Chu Xi.
"Here’s the situation." Chu Xi hesitated briefly before explaining the origins of the matter.
It was simple enough: Two disciples from Hongng Pavilion had initially discovered a Heart-Cleansing Lotus in these remote mountains by chance. However, before they could pick it, another group arrived.
Thus, both groups started entangling over the Heart-Cleansing Lotus.
This Heart-Cleansing Lotus was quite a treasure. Though not as exaggerated as the nine-petal version encountered by Zhong Tian, it had three petals, possessing at least one-tenth of the nine-petal’s potency.
Even one-tenth of that potent dicine is incredibly valuable, having once helped Zhong Tian rise from Profound Level to Union Level in one go.

Initially, two Hongng Pavilion disciples faced three opponents.

"Hello." Li Chen said with a friendly smile, extending his hand.
However, upon seeing Li Chen’s outstretched hand, Chu Xi seed sowhat bewildered.

Without the slightest embarrassnt, Li Chen pulled back his hand, nodding toward Chu Xi. Yet in his slightly lowered gaze, there was a flicker of curiosity.
Chu Xi turned to Ouyang Wan’er, "Junior Sister Wan’er, though our strength was slightly weaker than theirs, with you here, I needn’t worry anymore."
Listening to the two won, Li Chen refrained from further interjection, instead stepping aside, watching Chu Xi with thoughtful eyes.
Li Chen harbored doubts.
His query wasn’t about anyone else but the girl’s leadership role.
If she beca the leader due to being slightly older, Li Chen’s rough glance revealed other Hongng Pavilion disciples older than her. If it’s about seniority, Jun Yuchi grew up in Hongng Pavilion, so her rank wouldn’t be low either.
Furthermore, this girl hadn’t lived outside, not even understanding a simple handshake. This made Li Chen curious.
What qualified her to lead these disciples?

Upon hearing Chu Xi’s question, the others around couldn’t help but focus their attention on Ouyang Wan’er.

Ouyang Wan’er opened her mouth to speak but was interrupted by a voice from the side.
