He peered in to see Lin Yi asleep on the bed, but Lin Xiaoxiao wasn’t there; she was sleeping in her own room.
Li Chen tiptoed out of his shoes and clothes, then went to the other side of the bed, quietly pulling back the covers to slide in.
“You’re back?”
But suddenly, Lin Yi moved a bit, then turned around to look at Li Chen.
Li Chen jumped in shock, unable to help but give a sheepish smile.
“Baby, how co you’re not asleep yet?”
At this mont, Lin Yi’s beautiful long hair lay scattered across the bed, her features breathtakingly beautiful, and right then, this heavenly immortal-like beauty was quietly looking at Li Chen.

“She’s sleeping in her own room,” Lin Yi replied.
“Then let’s keep our voices down,” Li Chen suggested and then flipped over to press himself onto Lin Yi, grasping both her hands and kissing her passionately.

The next morning, after getting out of bed, Li Chen and Lin Yi went downstairs to eat together.
Watching the closeness between Li Chen and Lin Yi, especially the rosy color on Lin Yi’s face, Lin Xiaoxiao couldn’t help but mutter to herself that they must have done ‘that’ again last night.
“Sis, why did you let him get into bed with you last night?” Lin Xiaoxiao spoke up.
Li Chen, sitting across from Lin Xiaoxiao, replied directly, “Would you rather I shared the bed with you instead?”
Lin Xiaoxiao snorted, “Of course it should be .
I’m her sister.”
“And I’m her husband,” Li Chen shot back.
Aunt Wang ca over with breakfast, smiling cheerily.
“Alright, my son-in-law, young miss, stop bickering and eat your food.”
Lin Xiaoxiao glared at Li Chen and then picked up her chopsticks to grab a bun, with Li Chen doing the sa.
However, he quickly noticed that Lin Xiaoxiao was deliberately opposing him.
As he was about to pick a bun from the left, she would move her chopsticks there.
If he aid for the right, Lin Xiaoxiao’s chopsticks would follow suit.
“Brother-in-law, why do you keep snatching my buns?” Lin Xiaoxiao looked up.
Damn, this girl is playing the victim first?
“Xiaoxiao, you go ahead and pick,” Li Chen said with a smile, withdrawing his chopsticks, waiting to see what she would do next.
“Ah, I don’t want buns anymore,” Lin Xiaoxiao retracted her chopsticks as well.
The two stared at each other across the table, while Lin Yi simply ignored them and reached out with her chopsticks to take a bun.

“Oh co on, invite him next ti, Qianqian, let’s eat together now, and you can hang out with Mr.
Cheen tonight, we promise not to disturb you,” they said.
With that said, Wang Qianqian was pulled away by the girls.
Li Chen chuckled wryly; this was truly sothing – girlfriends can be a terrifying species.
And at this mont, Lin Xiaoxiao happened to co looking for him.
