In the Moonlight Forest, a boy and a skeleton journeyed through the darkness!
Ever since the Moonlight Grass withered, the Moonlight Forest had beco as dark as ink at night.
But Jiang Jichen and Little Skeleton were completely unaffected.

Jiang Jichen said as he walked ahead.
Little Skeleton nodded happily behind him, the rhythm of its swaying quickening slightly.
When they fought their way out of Cyan Moon City, the enormous Treasure Pearl Necklace on Little Skeleton’s chest had been shattered in battle, and it had been sad about it for quite a while.
Jiang Jichen had to promise that he would find it an even shinier Treasure Pearl Necklace, which was the only thing that managed to improve its mood.

Just then, a figure drifted out from within Ice Dragon Valley. It was none other than Jiang Ling’Er.
She looked visibly relieved to see Jiang Jichen.
She had been incredibly worried for the past two days. She desperately wanted to go search for him but was afraid that if she left the rendezvous point, he might return and miss her.
So, after two days of agonizing indecision, she had co to wait. She hadn’t been here long before she finally saw Jiang Jichen. Though he was covered in wounds, he was clearly out of mortal danger.
"Hello, Little Skeleton! Huh? Where’s that super-shiny Treasure Pearl Necklace of yours?"
Having just greeted Jiang Jichen and learned that his life wasn’t in danger, Jiang Ling’Er reverted to her usual self.
She suddenly noticed the Treasure Pearl Necklace was missing from Little Skeleton’s neck and couldn’t help but feign a look of great surprise.
Well, Little Skeleton’s recently improved mood imdiately plumted at Jiang Ling’Er’s words. It turned its head to the side, refusing to even glance at Jiang Ling’Er, wanting nothing to do with her.

Jiang Jichen said in surprise.
Jiang Ling’Er laughed, her voice full of pride and arrogance. "The things I can do will surprise you even more!"
With that, Jiang Ling’Er grabbed Jiang Jichen’s hand with one of hers and Little Skeleton’s with the other, then jumped into the massive hole.
Dragon Spirit Power erged from Jiang Ling’Er’s body, causing the Dragon Clan Restrictions imprinted in the void to light up one after another. The three of them floated down gracefully in an elegant and carefree descent.
’But last ti,’ Jiang Jichen clearly rembered, ’we just plumted straight down in the Darkness. I was almost smashed to a pulp!’

Jiang Jichen and Little Skeleton simultaneously shot her a look of contempt—or they would have, if Little Skeleton had eyes.
