Only Jiang Jichen’s mutated Divine Soul was capable of increasing its Soul Power by devouring Resentful Souls.

Jiang Jichen’s Wandering Dragon Under Heaven had indeed shocked everyone. Even people like Guo Qishan and Cang Lengshan had been forced to use their Secret Artifacts to erge unscathed from that Sword Form.
