Ethan could tell at a glance—this wasn’t so ordinary projectile.

It was explosive energy compressed to the absolute limit.

He lifted his palm.

White lightning spread out from the center of his hand, forming a semi-transparent cage of electric light that wrapped the red sphere inside. The cage tightened inward, trying to pin the sphere’s energy down early—

then set it off under control.

Thump.

A muffled boom ca from inside the lightning cage.

Then a second. A third. A fourth—explosions chained one after another. The power inside the red sphere ignited in layers, and every detonation shoved a ring of shock outward, warping Ethan’s cage until it buckled and deford violently.

Ethan’s white lightning was pure Infernal Abyss energy. Against this filthy red sphere, it had a natural suppressing edge.

But the power cramd inside the sphere was too violent.

After the rapid series of blasts, cracks appeared across the surface of the lightning cage.

The final shock erupted from within and shattered Ethan’s condensed lightning outright. Fragnts of electric light sprayed outward. The red blast wave had been crushed down to a fraction of its original force, but it still kicked up a scorching gust in midair.

The red giant covered in those nodules stopped.

He stared at Ethan, shock flashing through his eyes. Then he took two steps back, and the arrogance on his face pulled in a notch.

"You’re strong," he said.

His tone was noticeably more cautious than before—there was even a trace of respect in it.

"Honestly, you’re a decent opponent. But you’re from a low-tier Plane World. You don’t have the qualifications to fight . Step aside. Send soone from a higher Plane World instead."

Ethan snorted.

He didn’t waste another word on him.

Power surged out of his body again. White lightning shot up from under his feet and condensed into a gigantic phantom between heaven and earth.

The phantom lood behind him. As Ethan lifted his hand, it pressed forward with him, and an overwhelming wave of energy rolled toward the red giant like a collapsing sky.

The red giant’s face changed hard.

He hadn’t expected Ethan to attack right after hearing that—much less strike faster than before.

At this distance, he didn’t have ti to throw another red sphere. He could only cross his arms in front of his chest and release everything he had.

Red energy surged out from the spheres all over his body at once, condensing into a thick barrier around him.

It ford a massive red do, shielding him inside.

Dozens of red spheres lit simultaneously, feeding energy into the barrier. Layer upon layer of patterns stacked across its surface, reinforcing it over and over.

Ethan’s eyes didn’t move.

Maybe that kind of defense looked unbreakable to other civilizations.

In front of him?

It wasn’t worth ntioning.

White lightning slamd down from the phantom and hit the red barrier head-on. The instant they made contact, the barrier dented inward—

then a thin white line split across its surface.

That line spread in a blink, spiderwebbing through the entire do.

The next mont, the red barrier shattered.

Broken energy-shards flew outward, only to be ground into nothing by the white lightning before they could get far.

Ethan stepped through the collapsing defense like it wasn’t there, appearing right in front of the red giant. He reached out and pinned the giant by the throat.

The red giant’s body locked up.

Ethan looked straight at him, his voice cold.

"You idiots really don’t learn. I just killed one of you, and you still want to line up to die."

His fingers tightened slowly.

"If you’re that impatient—don’t bla for making it quick."

The power in Ethan’s palm compressed violently. A sphere of white lightning took shape in his hand.

It wasn’t big, but it was insanely dense—electric light spiraling inward, every last bit of force pinned to a single point.

Still gripping the red giant by the throat, Ethan drove that lightning sphere forward and smashed it into the giant’s abdon.

BOOM!

The lightning sphere punched into his gut, its tyrannical penetration drilling straight inside.

White electric light detonated through flesh and energy channels, a rapid-fire crackle bursting out like a thunderstorm trapped under skin.

The red giant’s huge body bowed instantly. The red spheres across his chest and back lit one after another, but they couldn’t force the invading power out.

His pupils blew wide.

"What—?!"

He finally panicked.

He tried to retreat on pure instinct, but Ethan’s hand was an iron vise around his throat, locking him in place. He grabbed Ethan’s forearm with both hands and tried to pry him off—

but the white lightning flowing along Ethan’s skin numbed his fingers on contact, shaking his grip apart.

"This is... pure Infernal Primordial Power." The red giant’s voice started to tremble.

"It can’t be. You’re a tiny human—how could you possibly control this kind of power?"

Ethan didn’t answer.

He just kept releasing.

White lightning crawled upward from the giant’s abdon, piercing through his chest cavity, closing in on the dense cluster of red spheres embedded all over him.

Every ti the electric light neared one of those spheres, the red energy inside it began to run wild, and the cracks on its surface widened.

Fear finally surfaced in the red giant’s eyes.

Still clutching Ethan’s arm, his voice dropped, turning raw and pleading.

"I take back what I said. You’re not from so low-tier Plane World. You’re a supre king of The Infernal Abyss."

His massive body trembled uncontrollably under Ethan’s grip.

"Please, let go. I really don’t want to be your enemy. Our civilization only ca here by accident—"

Ethan still didn’t acknowledge him.

He placed his other hand on the giant’s chest, his palm pressing against the red spheres that throbbed there like living tumors. White lightning compressed sharply beneath his skin—

then flooded into the red giant in a single violent surge.

The next instant, dozens of red spheres began to explode at the sa ti.

Pop!

Pop!

Pop!

A chain of detonations erupted from the red giant’s chest. Every ti a red sphere blew apart, a burst of scorching, filthy energy recoiled from inside his body—

only to be crushed to pieces by Ethan’s lightning the mont it surfaced.

Agony tore from his chest through his entire fra. The red giant’s body twisted wildly. His arms flailed in a frenzy, and even the space beneath his feet was stomped into broken ripples, cracking and shivering under the violence of it.
