Contrary to popular belief, you didn’t need a Level 7 castle to be considered a major faction.
In fact, the vast majority of major factions had Level 6 castles as their main bases.
To this day, only two factions were officially recognized as having a Level 7 castle as their headquarters.
One was the Draconic Empire, which had been crushed long ago.
The other? The Undead Necropolis, the kingdom of the dead.
Aside from those two, even legendary factions like Inferno, Dungeon, and Castle only had Level 6 castles.
Sure, they had multiple Level 6 castles, but not a single Level 7 among them.
That alone showed just how unbelievably difficult it was to reach Level 7.
So dreaming about a Level 7 castle? That was pure fantasy.
Even a Level 5 castle was sothing Ethan wouldn’t dare to hope for—at least not yet.
But now, Erald Castle was about to reach Level 3.
After a long internal discussion, everyone agreed:
The first branch castle of Erald Castle would be built right here, on the ruins of The Lost Realms!

First, the abundant crystal resources in the Gleaming Forest were of imnse strategic value to Erald Castle.

Suddenly, massive vines—thick as pythons—burst forth from the blinding light, writhing and twisting like living tornadoes, their sheer force shaking the very ground beneath them.

And then, from within that radiant glow, a colossal figure erged.
The earth shuddered, the land quaked.
"Hiss—"
Ethan’s pupils contracted as he instinctively sucked in a sharp breath.
The thing stepping out of the light was massive—far larger than he had anticipated.
And when it finally fully erged, standing before him in its full glory, Ethan was stunned.
"Holy hell... that thing is huge."
Muttering under his breath, he tilted his head back, trying to take in the sheer scale of the creature.
It was a gigantic Treant, towering like a skyscraper—no, far beyond that.
It had to be tens of thousands of feet tall, easily dwarfing any man-made structure Ethan had ever seen.
Standing beneath it, he felt insignificant, as if the creature could blot out the sky itself.
It was like staring up at a living mountain, a monolithic force of nature.
"This size... is it a unit hero?"
Ethan quickly pulled up its status panel.

She was on the sa level as Holy Dragon Elrath.
More importantly, Earth Dragon Sylena was the chief deity of all Forest-aligned factions.
Ethan smiled.
"Oakenmaw, I’m glad to have you with us. I hope you’ll enjoy your ti in Erald Castle—"
"ROOOOAAARRR!"
Before he could finish, a piercing dragon’s roar echoed from the distant sky.
Ethan’s expression shifted.
"A dragon?"
Oakenmaw’s massive form tensed.
Sensing the overwhelming pressure from afar, the Ancient War Tree imdiately shifted into a battle stance, its deep voice filled with urgency.
"Honored Lord, please stand behind !"
Even though the Draconic Empire had long since fallen, dragons were still absolute apex predators in the world of Glory Lords X.
Their re presence was enough to make people tremble.
If it was just a Tier 13 Legendary Dragon, Oakenmaw wouldn’t be too concerned.
With his strength, he could easily take on three or four Legendary Dragons at once.
Even if they were Red Dragons, known as the strongest of the Legendary Dragon species, he could still handle two or three without much trouble.

It was far beyond that of a Legendary Dragon.
