"Archangel, Gold Dragon, Kirin, Green Dragon... and three Crimson Ultimate heroes?!" the Cyclops King muttered, a chill flickering deep in his eyes.
But then he shook his head and said, "Let’s go. Ti to et them."
"General, are you sure? That’s way too dangerous!" said the Sea Warden, clad head to toe in armor.
"They don’t seem hostile. If they were, we’d already be dead. Crimson Ultimate heroes... that’s not a force our Blazeblade Kingdom can even dream of standing against," the Cyclops King replied, his expression grim. "But I need to know what they’re here for."
"...Understood."
...
"Master, those warships are heading our way. Should we do sothing?" Cicero asked.
"No need. Let them co. We’re not here to start a fight, so there’s no point in being aggressive or provocative," Ethan said, shaking his head. Then, calmly, he added, "Cicero, once they arrive, bring whoever’s in charge. I want to speak with soone who can actually make decisions."
"Yes, Master," Cicero nodded, then spread his wings and soared off toward the Cyclops King’s flagship.
With his strength, it was easy to sense that the strongest among them was the 12th-tier Hero Unit—the Cyclops King himself. If they were looking for soone with authority, it made sense to go straight to the top.
No doubt about it.
"G-General! Look! That Green Dragon—he’s flying straight at us!" the Sea Warden stamred, his voice trembling with fear.
"Silence!" the Cyclops King barked.
He stood still, waiting as Cicero descended onto their warship.
Once the dragon landed, the Cyclops King raised his head, eyes locked on Cicero, and spoke with respectful caution, "I am Doregar of the Cyclops race, representing the Blazeblade Kingdom. Mighty warrior of the Green Dragon clan, greetings. May I ask why you’ve entered our territory uninvited? I hope we can be friends... not enemies forced into a fight to the death."
"Relax. We’re not here with hostile intent," Cicero replied coolly, giving Doregar a quick glance. "Let introduce myself. I’m Cicero, from Erald Castle. I’m here on behalf of my master to extend goodwill to the Blazeblade Kingdom."
"Erald Castle?" Doregar blinked, then his expression shifted. "You an the Erald Castle on the Sacred Continent?"
"Since you’ve heard of us, that makes things easier," Cicero said. "My master is waiting for you on that ship over there. You’ll need to et him in person. Co with ."
"Your master? Wait... you an the Lord of Erald Castle?!" Doregar froze, stunned.
The Lord of Erald Castle... actually ca here himself?!
This was—
"Whew..." Doregar took a deep breath, then quickly nodded. "Respected Cicero, I’ll go with you to et your master."
He knew full well—
This eting had to happen.
He had to find out what they wanted.
If he didn’t, this could spiral into a disaster for the Blazeblade Kingdom. And he couldn’t let that happen.
He had to stop it before it began.
"Then let’s go," Cicero said with a nod, turning back toward the ship.
As for Doregar?
As a 12th-tier Hero Unit of Legendary Orange rank, the sea posed no obstacle to him.
Before long—
The Cyclops King Doregar stepped onto Ethan’s command ship.
And the mont he got a close look at the forces stationed there, his heart skipped a beat, and a cold sweat broke out across his scalp...
"My god... that many Archangels and Gold Dragons? And those two—those Archangel and Gold Dragon—those must be Ace Units, right? They’re actually 14th-tier Mythic Ace Units?!"
"The power of Erald Castle... just how terrifying is it?!"
Cyclops King Doregar could feel the pressure radiating off Auremax and Alvariel the mont he laid eyes on them. It didn’t take him long to figure out who they were—Gold Dragon Auremax and Archangel Alvariel.
Ace Units.
And not just any Ace Units—14th-tier Mythic Ace Units.
Then there were the hundreds of other 14th-tier Mythic Units—Archangels, Gold Dragons...
And the most terrifying of all: the three Crimson Ultimate heroes.
This lineup...
It left him completely stunned.
"Not going to introduce yourself?"
A calm voice cut through his thoughts. Ethan had appeared before him, looking at him with a cool, unreadable expression.
Doregar jolted like he’d been struck by lightning.
He quickly straightened up and said with deep respect, "Lord of Erald Castle, I am Doregar, Hero Unit under Grand Duke Fiesto of the Blazeblade Kingdom. Your strength... it’s overwhelming. I’m honored to et you in person."
As one of the core races of the Stronghold faction, Doregar’s personality was straightforward—he revered strength and followed the strong.
And right now, Ethan’s sheer presence had completely crushed any doubts or pride he might’ve had.
He knew exactly where he stood.
And he made sure to show it—humble, respectful, and cautious.
"Doregar," Ethan said, not bothering with pleasantries, "I’ll get straight to the point. I ca here personally because I want to et your Grand Duke—Fiesto. Can you deliver that ssage for ?"
As he spoke, a status panel popped up in front of Ethan, displaying Doregar’s information.
[Doregar]
One of the Five Sea Kingdoms – Blazeblade Kingdom’s strongest warrior!
Level: 76
Race: Cyclops
Tier: Orange Legendary Hero
Class: Berserker
Hero Tier: 12
...
Overall Rating: SSS-tier Orange Legendary Hero
A level 76, SSS-tier Orange Legendary Hero.
Honestly? That was already insanely powerful—basically the peak of what an Orange Legendary Hero could be.
Even Elyra, who had recently reached level 73, probably still had a bit of a gap between her and Doregar.
But even so...
Compared to Seraphina, Cicero, and the others?
He still didn’t asure up.
Because even the weakest Crimson Ultimate Hero, after their second awakening, had already stepped into the realm of Lesser Deities. anwhile, no matter how powerful an Orange Legendary Hero beca—even at max level—they could only reach the level of a demigod.
That was the difference.
A fundantal, qualitative difference.
"You want to et Grand Duke Fiesto?" Doregar blinked, montarily caught off guard—but not exactly surprised. Given the sheer power Ethan had just displayed, it made sense. In the entire Blazeblade Kingdom, probably only Grand Duke Fiesto could even co close to speaking with him as an equal.
So Ethan wanting to et the Grand Duke?
Yeah... that tracked.
Still...
"Respected and mighty Lord of Erald Castle," Doregar said, forcing himself to speak carefully, "may I ask what your purpose is? I an no offense—please understand—it’s just that your strength demands I consider these things seriously."
Ethan smiled and nodded. "Of course. That’s fair."
Then, casually, he said, "I ca here to form an alliance with the Blazeblade Kingdom."
"An alliance?" Doregar froze, stunned.
But Ethan just shook his head and added with a calm, almost offhand tone, "No... to be more accurate, I ca to bring you under my banner."
