Ethan blinked, caught off guard by Queen Elowen's reaction. But in that mont, he finally understood her shock. He still didn't fully grasp the true extent of the Fairy God's power, but he knew one thing for sure—there was sothing inside him that went far beyond ordinary.

And sohow, it was all tied to Auri.

Queen Elowen took a deep breath, quickly regaining her composure. Without another word, she turned and walked deeper into the mine.

There, a darker blue crystal pulsed with an even stronger glow.

She reached out and placed her hand on it. A low rumble echoed through the cavern, growing louder by the second.

The crystal flared in her palm, ice-blue light flickering like sothing ancient was awakening.

"The battle just now… it's pushed this world to the brink," Queen Elowen said, her voice low and resolute. "We can't stay here any longer. I'm taking this mine—and everything in it—with ."

That caught Ethan's attention. He stepped up beside her, eyes gleaming with interest. "Your Majesty, if you're willing… would you co back with to Erald Castle? I think you'll find what you're looking for there."

A flicker of light passed through Elowen's eyes.

She'd heard tales of Erald Castle's splendor from Feylora. She'd always been curious.

Now, with Ethan extending the invitation himself, she didn't hesitate. "Of course. Staying here and pretending to be queen ans nothing anymore. I don't even have the strength to rule this place."

With a graceful wave of her hand, she activated the mine's core chanism.

A deep rumble followed as the entire cavern responded. Crystals and energy sources were drawn inward, sealed and stored in a flash of light.

Then, without looking back, she and Ethan turned and left—heading toward their new destination.

anwhile, chaos had already erupted outside Erald Castle.

The air was thick with pressure, so dense it felt like the sky itself might collapse. A storm was coming—and it wasn't like anything they'd faced before.

Narlost's army had returned.

But this ti, the one leading them wasn't like the others.

Just standing there, the new enemy distorted the space around him. The air twisted, collapsed, and pulled inward like gravity itself was bending to his will. Even the atmosphere trembled.

High above, Elira hovered in the sky, her brow furrowed in concentration.

She unleashed wave after wave of golden energy, trying to break through the enemy's defenses and reach the core of his power—but nothing worked.

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

Each ti she hurled a golden sphere into the air, it exploded with thunderous force—yet none of them could pierce the invisible barrier surrounding him. It was like her attacks were being swallowed whole.

Then ca the voice—deep, scornful, and laced with fury.

"Tiberon and Darian… defeated by the likes of you?" the man sneered. "Pathetic. I, Karmak, will finish what they couldn't."

His words hit like a sentence passed down from a judge. The raw force in his voice alone warped the space around him.

And then—he moved.

A violent surge of power erupted from his body, spreading like a venomous serpent. It slithered through the air, wrapping around Elira before she could react.

Her pupils dilated.

The energy was strange—twisting, suffocating. It pressed down on her like an invisible hand, crushing her from the inside out. She could hear her bones grinding under the pressure.

Her body trembled. A cold dread crept into her chest.

This wasn't just power—it was death. She could feel her body unraveling, piece by piece.

But she didn't back down.

Her eyes burned with defiance.

Just as she braced herself to strike back, the gates of Erald Castle burst open.

The army poured out in perfect formation, their steps synchronized, their weapons gleaming.

Karmak paused, montarily surprised.

Then he laughed—a cold, mocking sound. "These ants think they can challenge ?"

He raised his hand, ready to crush them—

But then the sky changed.

A wave of frost swept down from above, so cold it stole the breath from the air. The temperature plumted in an instant.

The chill ca from everywhere at once, closing in like a vice.

Karmak's power began to freeze—layer by layer, his energy was locked in place, encased in ice.

Karmak froze.

This power—this frost—it was unlike anything he'd ever encountered.

Namyanna stood tall, staff in hand, her gaze locked onto him with icy calm. Her voice cut through the air like a winter gale, sharp and absolute. "Your so-called power ans nothing in the face of true ice."

The cold around her surged, thick and violent like a blizzard unleashed. It swept across the battlefield, crashing into Karmak's twisted energy and freezing it solid in an instant.

His eyes widened in disbelief.

No one had ever frozen his power before. That was the foundation of his arrogance—the reason he'd always stood above others. But now, that confidence shattered under the weight of Namyanna's frost.

"Well, well," Karmak muttered, forcing a crooked smile. "Finally, soone interesting shows up."

He didn't sound shaken—at least not yet. His voice carried a mocking edge, like he still believed he had the upper hand. "Alright then, little girl. Let's see what you've got."

He raised his hand, ready to strike again—

But before he could move, another presence descended from the sky.

A pressure far greater than Namyanna's.

It hit like a divine force, sweeping across the battlefield and silencing everything beneath it.

Queen Elowen hovered high above, her body wrapped in a storm of frost. The air around her shimred with cold so intense it warped the sky itself.

With the Everfrost mine now fueling her, her power had reached its peak. She wasn't just wielding ice—she was ice. Every breath she took, every flick of her fingers, carried the weight of a frozen world.

Karmak's expression twisted.

"What… who are you?!"

His voice cracked with disbelief. The color drained from his face as he stared up at her, fury and shock battling in his eyes.

He could feel it—her presence alone was enough to crush the sky. That wasn't just strength. That was dominion.

A power that dwarfed his own.

But Karmak wasn't one of Narlost's top ten for nothing. He didn't back down.

His eyes narrowed, and with a roar, he unleashed the full force of his energy. It exploded from his chest like a thunderclap, tearing through the air in a violent surge aid straight at Queen Elowen.

The sky cracked.

Their powers collided midair with a deafening blast.

The shockwave tore through the clouds, warping the space around them. Karmak's energy was strange—chaotic, unstable, laced with sothing dark and corrosive. But Elowen's frost was relentless, pure, and endless.

She didn't flinch.

Her cold surged forward, wave after wave, forming a barrier that absorbed and crushed Karmak's attacks. No matter how violently he struck, her defense held firm—unyielding as a glacier.

Seconds passed. Then minutes.

And slowly, Karmak began to falter.

His attacks lost their edge. His breathing grew heavier. His power, once overwhelming, now struggled to keep up.

Queen Elowen didn't let up.

Her frost wrapped tighter around him, her energy pressing in from all sides. It wasn't just overpowering him—it was dissecting him, unraveling his strength piece by piece.

Then it happened.

The space around Karmak began to fracture.

Cracks spread like spiderwebs, not just through the air—but through him.

His body jerked, eyes wide with disbelief.

This wasn't supposed to happen. His energy was supposed to be untouchable—impossible to invade, impossible to corrupt.

But now, those sa cracks were crawling into his core.

His own power was turning against him.

And for the first ti, Karmak felt it—real fear.
