"Miracle! This is a miracle!" the old man shouted, practically vibrating with excitent. His voice was packed with shock and reverence. "I never thought there'd be soone in this world who could absorb our power on such a massive scale. Then it's her—she's the one the gods chose!"

The mont the words left his mouth, the entire tribe tipped into a frenzy. Everyone looked like they'd been lit on fire from the inside. One after another, they pulled out the energy ore they'd been holding and piled it high in the plaza at the center of the settlent.

The old man stared at the heap, a wild light flashing in his eyes. Then he drew out the ore's power and flung it into the sky.

But the energy didn't last long up there. In the blink of an eye it crumbled into ash and scattered on the wind. The power itself didn't disperse, though—every last thread of it stread straight into Feylora, as if it had already decided she was this world's new ruler.

A flicker of shock crossed Ethan's eyes. He hadn't expected things to take this turn. These people were treating Feylora like a deity, like she was the master of this land.

Before he could fully process it, the old man suddenly charged up to him and shoved his staff into Ethan's hands.

"What are you standing around for?" the old man barked, urgent enough to bite. "You're with that little girl, aren't you? Hurry up and gather every bit of power you've got and send it over. The energy ore we have here isn't nearly enough!"

Ethan's eyes widened. He hadn't imagined it would co to this. Looks like the old man intended to make Feylora the world's guardian god for this place.

In that instant, the hesitation and worry in Ethan's chest vanished—replaced by sharp, focused vigilance.

He didn't dare waste a second. He imdiately pulled out every energy sphere he carried and hurled them into the air.

The power sealed inside those spheres was what he'd obtained in the Nether Sea. And now, finally, they had a use.

At first, Ethan had been suspicious of these people. He'd thought they might be running so kind of scam.

But as ti went on, he started noticing the difference. Energy kept gathering inside Feylora, her Tier climbing step by step. The force she radiated grew stronger and stronger, to the point it could only be called savage.

At this rate, it wouldn't be long before Feylora broke through to Tier 33—and the power she could display would reach a completely new level.

A surge of excitent and exhilaration rose in Ethan.

He knew that once he made these calls, there was no going back.

Without hesitation, he also began channeling the energy inside his own body over to her.

After all, the power in him and the power in Feylora shared similarities. There was even so bloodline overlap between them. That made their energies able to rge smoothly, without resistance.

Ti seed to freeze. Ethan and Feylora's power was like two roaring floods, weaving together, blending into one.

But after a while, Ethan realized sothing—and it made him stare. Feylora's energy and Tier stopped rising. Instead, all that power began gathering at her chest, compressing tighter and tighter until it finally condensed into a blood-red gemstone.

Ethan opened the system at once and locked onto Feylora's status panel. A mont later, the screen displayed the full readout: Feylora's Tier had reached the peak of Tier 33.

Seeing that, the people of the Guardian Tribes finally let out the breath they'd been holding.

Their mission was to give everything they had to forge a new world guardian god. Who that person was, where they ca from—it didn't really matter. What mattered was achieving the goal.

The instant Feylora opened her eyes again, a thunderous rumble rolled between heaven and earth, like the whole world was shaking.

An indescribable ripple moved through the air—like so ancient power was stirring awake.

From this mont on, Feylora's existence resonated with this world in a true, complete way.

She wasn't just closely connected to it now—she could precisely sense where the core power's very source lay. In that heartbeat, her abilities reached an unprecedented height, making her the world's true controller.

Ethan drew in a deep breath, determination flashing in his eyes. At this point, he didn't have ti to hesitate anymore. He rushed forward and grabbed Feylora by the shoulder.

"Didn't think your luck would be this insane," Ethan said, a note of surprise slipping into his voice before it hardened. "To take control of this world's Primordial Core that easily… Now—take to it. Imdiately."

Feylora didn't hesitate for even a second. She didn't care whether she'd already beco this world's guardian god, and she cared even less about what would happen if the Primordial Core disappeared. She just nodded hard and got ready to head out with Ethan.

But it wasn't going to be that easy.

Right as the two of them turned to leave, the old man ca rushing over and cut them off.

"What do you think you're doing?!" Anxiety laced every word. "Do you have any idea what the Primordial Core's energy ans here? It's the key passage to the Purgatory World! If you take that power away, the consequences will be unimaginable!"

Ethan stopped. He actually thought about it.

Sure, he knew what he was doing wasn't exactly moral. But this was just an isolated, small-scale world. Even if it got destroyed, it wouldn't stir up much of anything.

Besides, these people didn't have to die here. The tribe could leave and go find a new life in the outside world.

Ethan let out a quiet sigh. After a brief weighing of options, he pulled a white spatial energy sphere from his chest pocket and handed it to the old man.

"This sphere contains an independent Plane World," Ethan said in a low voice. "And I've got more—better than this world, bigger, more complete. If you're willing, you can bring your people with . Start over sowhere else."

The old man's eyes went wide. He clearly hadn't expected Ethan to offer an option like that.

Honestly… relocating wasn't impossible.

For generations, they'd stood watch here. Their duty was to find a suitable world guardian god.

Now they had one. And this world's Primordial Core power had already been transferred to the new guardian, Feylora. Staying here any longer had no aning.

The old man fell silent for a mont, then finally made his decision.

He imdiately gathered the entire tribe and instructed them to concentrate all of this world's energy together.

"For all these years, you've guarded this place," he said, his voice low but steady, carrying weight. "Everyone's worked hard. I know many of you are tired of this land. You've wanted to go out there and see the world. Now, I'm giving you that chance."

It sounded like an elder giving final instructions to the younger generation—full of feeling, full of expectation. A lot of the young people's eyes lit up with hope, like they'd been sick of this island-like world for a long ti.

"Does that an… we can leave?" one young man asked, unable to hold it back.

"That's amazing! We can finally get out of here!" soone else said, practically bouncing. "I went out once for a while. The outside world is full of unknowns and excitent—and so many powerful forces. It's sothing you can't help wanting!"

As those words landed, the whole tribe boiled over. People talked at once, excitedly throwing around plans for what they'd do once they left.

Watching it all, the old man knew the outco was already set in stone.

He didn't say anything more. He simply moved fast, handing out a number of identity tokens.

They were items unique to their tribe—each token could lock onto the wearer's soul.

As long as those tokens were gathered in a single person's hands, it ant you'd handed your life and future over to that person.

Now the tokens were back in their own hands, which ant they were free.

The mont the young people got their tokens, they didn't hesitate again. They imdiately began opening spatial passages, filing out one after another—leaving the place their families had lived for generations.

The old man let out a helpless sigh. Even though he'd seen this coming, a wave of frustration still crept up in him.

He knew he was about to say goodbye to this land and chase a completely new world… but walking away from the ho he'd protected for so many years still left a sting of reluctance in his chest.
