Now reading: Chapter 379 - 380 from Mystic Eyes: My Eyes Steal the Laws of Cultivation, a Eastern novel by RogueArvy.

Kyrian stored the information away in his mind.

The Spirit then returned to the previous subject.

"As I was saying..."

"The Law stands above Aura."

"Far above."

It pointed toward the spine inside the coffin.

"Every Heaven Bone is born directly connected to a Law."

"That is why their bearers are capable of comprehending Laws absurdly early."

"Even before they begin cultivating."

Kyrian’s eyes widened slightly.

That was absurd.

Even Aura already seed like sothing distant for ordinary cultivators. Kyrian had only touched that stage by accident and had nearly died because of it.

And a Heaven Bone allowed soone to comprehend sothing above that, sothing above Aura, before cultivation had even begun?

"Of course," the Spirit said, as if reading his thoughts.

"Even if they comprehend the Law, their bodies still cannot withstand using it. The Law is even more demanding than Aura."

"But rely possessing that comprehension completely transforms one’s cultivation path."

"It is an advantage comparable to a heavenly physique, perhaps even superior in so aspects."

The Spirit then looked once more toward the spine inside the coffin, its expression softening slightly.

"And that is only one of its advantages."

"As for the others..."

"You will discover them yourself after the implantation."

Kyrian remained staring at the Heaven Bone.

A cultivator directly connected to the Law of Fire since birth, without requiring years of ditation and comprehension.

That was simply terrifying.

But then another question arose in his mind.

Kyrian slowly turned toward the Spirit.

"So Heaven Bones can be implanted into other people?"

"They can," the Spirit answered imdiately. Its voice did not hesitate.

"But it is extrely difficult."

Its voice beca heavier, filled with warning.

"The power of a Heaven Bone is far too violent for most bodies. The energy of the Law contained within it fights against the body’s natural rejection."

"Ordinary cultivators would instantly explode during the fusion. Their bodies would not be capable of containing the energy."

"The failure rate..." The Spirit paused.

"Exceeds ninety percent."

Kyrian showed no outward reaction. His face remained expressionless, his eyes fixed on the Spirit.

But internally, he beca alert.

More than ninety percent. That was not dangerous. It was practically suicide.

The Spirit then continued, its voice softening slightly.

"But you do not need to worry too much."

"I promised Ming Hai that I would help his successor."

"I will personally perform the implantation. I will use my own power to control the Heaven Bone’s energy during the process to prevent it from spreading uncontrollably."

"That will drastically increase your chances."

Then...

It hesitated.

Again.

Kyrian imdiately noticed.

"The problem is?" he asked calmly.

The Spirit remained silent for several seconds, its flaming eyes scanning Kyrian’s body as though searching for sothing.

"You."

"You are a mortal."

"I have no idea what will happen when a Heaven Bone is implanted into soone who is not connected to the Heavenly Will."

Its flaming eyes analyzed Kyrian once more, as though seeing sothing it could not classify.

"Your body is strange."

"Much weaker than that of ordinary cultivators in the sa realm. Your physical resistance is inferior, your regeneration is slower."

"But at the sa ti..."

"You can manipulate Qi. You can use Aura. And you possess those absurd eyes that even I cannot fully understand."

The Spirit narrowed its eyes.

"You are a completely abnormal existence."

Kyrian frowned slightly.

He already knew that. His mortal body had always been his greatest problem, a limitation he had carried since birth. Even after beginning cultivation, even after forming two cores, he was still physically inferior to ordinary cultivators of the sa level.

And now he would need to withstand a Heaven Bone.

Sothing directly connected to the Law of Fire.

Sothing that caused ordinary cultivators to explode in more than ninety percent of cases.

It could completely destroy him.

The Spirit then spoke calmly, its voice now carrying sothing close to resignation.

"I will leave the decision to you."

"Try..."

"Or give up."

Silence filled the room.

Only the sound of magma filled the surroundings, the distant bubbling, the waves crashing against the walls, and the crackling flas dancing across the surface of the sea of fire.

Kyrian remained motionless.

Thinking.

The risks were absurd. Even ordinary cultivators had more than a ninety percent chance of dying during the implantation.

But at the sa ti...

If it worked...

His strength would increase explosively.

A Heaven Bone. A power comparable to heavenly physiques, perhaps even greater in certain aspects.

With this, Kyrian would possess access to two extrely rare powers, his Innate Talent and a Heaven Bone.

Kyrian remained silent for several minutes.

Thinking deeply.

Evaluating every variable.

The potential damage. The chances of success. What he would gain if he survived. What he would lose if he died.

Then, suddenly...

He rembered sothing.

The mark on his hand.

Kyrian slowly raised his right palm, turning it upward. The magma’s light reflected across his skin, illuminating every line on his hand.

The small mark was there.

Silent. Strange.

An irregular formation, like a burn or scar, faintly glowing with a light that ca from nowhere.

"This mark..." Kyrian said, looking at the Spirit.

"Is it really connected to the Heavenly Will?"

The Spirit nodded imdiately without hesitation.

"Yes."

"And deeply."

Its expression beca serious, its flaming eyes fixed on the mark.

"In fact..."

"This mark’s connection to the Heavenly Will is comparable to that of the Heaven Bone itself."

"Perhaps even greater."

The Spirit’s eyes narrowed.

"What exactly is this mark?"

Kyrian slightly shook his head.

"I don’t know."

"It simply appeared."

He looked once more at his hand. The mark did not hurt, itch, or bother him at that mont. It was simply there, present.

Thinking.

Then he spoke slowly.

"But..."

"If sothing so deeply connected to the Heavenly Will managed to exist within my body without destroying ..."

"Without causing any noticeable damage..."

"Perhaps..."

"My body can also accept the Heaven Bone."

The Spirit remained silent.

Thinking.

Kyrian’s logic was not irrational. The mark was an anomaly within another anomaly. Sothing deeply connected to the Heavenly Will existed peacefully within a body that, theoretically, should have had no connection to it whatsoever.

’Perhaps... perhaps this indicates that the boy’s body is capable of harboring such connections differently.’ The Spirit thought.

And slowly...

It nodded.

That truly made sense.

Then it asked one final ti, its voice carrying a seriousness that echoed throughout the entire do.

"Have you decided?"

Kyrian remained motionless for several seconds.

His face showed no doubt. His eyes showed no hesitation.

He already knew the answer before the Spirit had even finished speaking.

Then he raised his eyes.

Steady. Determined. Without hesitation.

"Yes."

His voice echoed calmly through the gigantic volcanic chamber.

"Perform the implantation."
