As the three resud their conversation, footsteps echoed from downstairs.
Ronald and his companions were all highly perceptive Casters, so naturally such an incident as eavesdropping by ordinary people wouldn't happen.
Therefore, as the footsteps ascended the stairs, the three had already returned to their original positions. Ronald even took a mont to use [Precession] again, repairing the Magic Potion he had consud earlier and the dining table damaged during the action.

A cautious knocking sounded, and then Bach's floral store apprentice didn't dare to enter, asking at the doorway:
"Boss, Ms. Akalan is here."
"She said she wants to discuss business with you as per your previous agreent?"
This type of negotiation with important figures was clearly not a responsibility the apprentice could bear. After inquiring at the door, the young apprentice girl stood still at the doorway, not daring to take any rash actions.

In the room, the Warden and Ronald exchanged glances.

Thus, the Warden rose and walked towards the door:
"Is it Ms. Akalan? Please wait, I'm coming right over."

"Mr. Bach, are the flowers I reserved with you ready?"
"I've prepared the seven plants you need, and they will definitely be delivered on ti as per the agreent. But for now—perhaps you could co and check their status first."
"Okay, let's go have a look."

Upstairs, Ronald and Patricia were observing the transaction between the Warden and the guest below.
The forr high-ranking original holder, now running his own business, displayed no incongruity in his words and actions.
If it weren't for discovering that Ms. Akalan was also a Caster, those unaware might indeed believe he had 'turned over a new leaf'!
And so, half an hour passed.
After seeing off his guest downstairs, the Warden returned to the second floor.
"I've kept you waiting."
Nodding politely, the Warden sat in the room once more.
"Mr. Ronald, Ms. Patricia, you should have made your decision during this half-hour?"
The reality was much as the Warden asked.
With this minor interlude easing the atmosphere, and half an hour of observation and thought, Ronald had completely made up his mind:
"Mr. Bach, I have understood your situation."
"But before everything continues, I must state upfront—I have a poor relationship with Lumir, and the one who sealed her might not be willing to release her either."
"..."
"So she was sealed after all."
Upon hearing Ronald's explanation, the Warden's face showed relief.
He had also considered looking into Lumir's whereabouts himself, but the transaction contract ford by the original rites couldn't locate Lumir's current position, and this situation was most likely due to her being sealed.
The Warden continued:
"Mr. Ronald, rest assured, we are engaged in a fair trade."
"You provide with Lumir's current information, and I'll give you intelligence on Heloise. As for your relationship with Lumir… frankly, I have no intention of ddling."
Saying this, the Warden's expression towards Ronald turned into a wry smile:
"Or rather, as I am now, where do I have the qualification to interfere with your ideas or decisions?"
This was the reality before them.
A person like the Warden, even knowing that his relationship with Ronald couldn't be very good, wouldn't make any irrational choices after understanding the power gap between the two.

The Warden then chanted a brief spell.
As he constructed the spell, a transaction contract bound by original rites appeared between Ronald and the Warden.
The spell itself explained its content.
The parties of the transaction were Ronald and Bach, wherein Ronald would inform Bach of Lumir's specific whereabouts, while Bach would inform Ronald about Heloise. Neither party could conceal or set traps regarding the trading information, and violators of the contract would lose all casting abilities.
"No problem, it's very fair."
Ronald carefully examined the contract constructed by the Warden; this spell's docuntation was precise and concise, perfectly suitable for their current situation.
Ronald reached out and signed the contract.
As a show of sincerity, he began to explain first:
"The last ti I saw Lumir was in Springs. That gal was targeted by Alya for stealing fairy tale spells, and was ultimately sealed by Alya using a fairy tale spell after being captured."

Ronald couldn't help but inquire:
"So, what about the whereabouts of the other people now?"
"So, like , remained in the mixed dwelling area of [Tang Chom]." The Warden imdiately responded, "And so felt the coastal area wasn't quite suitable, so they went to the capital of the [Rune Kingdom] to settle there."

"I understand, thank you for the information."
Ronald imdiately got up to leave.
The mixed dwelling area in [Tang Chom] and the capital of the [Rune Kingdom] were the two places he needed to investigate next.
For soone with Ronald's current capabilities, it wasn't too troubleso.
Yet as Ronald and Patricia decisively were about to leave, the Warden suddenly spoke to stop them:
"Mr. Ronald, please wait!"
"I still have one more favor to ask of you."
