The conversation between just the two on the balcony continued.
As the topic shifted back to the past, the chief witch imdiately displayed her rich knowledge as the leader of the school. She spoke of different schools she had encountered, various foes she had faced, and diverse scenes she had experienced...
While she did not detail every little thing to Ronald,
by the end of their half-hour casual chat, she had revealed quite a lot. Correspondingly, Ronald sotis contributed his own perspectives, many of which the chief witch found beneficial.
Thus, an original to holder grown in the native land and another from a different world exchanged their knowledge and learning.
Ronald further understood the various details of casting from the original tos and precautions to observe, while the chief witch rapidly absorbed Ronald’s views and thoughts about the current environnt.

When their dialogue approached an hour, there was a knock on the door of Ronald’s room.

Then, a man’s voice ca from outside the door:
"Hello!"
"Mr. Ronald, may I co in?"
Ronald imdiately responded:
"Just a mont, I’ll be right there."

Mutually understanding with the chief witch to pause their conversation, Ronald crossed the living room to open the door.
At this mont, standing before him was a young man wearing a fisherman’s hat, holding a rather large paper bag.
—It was the investigator who had left the riverside just before.
Ronald imdiately recognized the man’s identity.
At the sa ti, the young investigator was also confirming Ronald’s identity in his own way.
A few breaths later, after confirming that the Ronald before him was not an illusion and that he was a normal human with an uninterfered Spirit, the investigator handed over the paper bag he was carrying.
"Mr. Ronald, this is tea that we’ve specially delivered for you."
"You and Miss Theresa can try it when you have free ti."
Taking the paper bag from him, Ronald nodded and said:
"It’s quite a task to make a special trip for this."
"Thank you for your trouble."
"It’s nothing." Hearing Ronald’s thanks, the young investigator smiled and shook his head, his gaze passing Ronald to check the background to make sure the chief witch was not there, and then he lowered his voice to warn Ronald, "Mr. Ronald, you better be careful too, and make sure we can observe your actual situation."
After saying this, the investigator seed concerned that his actions were too conspicuous.
Without waiting for Ronald’s response, he turned and walked down the stairs.

Actually, the chief witch was quite amiable.

Watching the investigator disappear at the stairwell, Ronald shook his head slightly and closed the door to return to the living room.
Putting the paper bag on his table, he then spoke towards the balcony:
"Miss Theresa, our friend downstairs brought so tea."
"Would you like to try it?"

No sooner had Ronald finished speaking than a gentle breeze blew over from the balcony.

As Ronald pondered this, the actual scene that unfolded was a bit different than what he had imagined. Under the delicate control of the chief witch, the air current lifted the paper bag filled with tea leaves and pulled it directly towards the balcony.
What, having a feast all by herself?
Scratching his head, Ronald then walked towards the balcony as well.
Sitting in the chair she had moved over, the Grand Witch was smilingly watching Ronald as he approached the balcony.
Then, the elderly Caster spoke:
"They have arrived just in ti."
"Ronald, take a look at this. Although it’s sowhat different from my ti in Springs, there is still quite a lot of overlap."
As she said this, the Grand Witch turned the paper bag upside down, pouring all of its tea leaves onto the small tea table on the balcony.
Then she lifted the paper bag to the sunlight outside the house.
At the sa ti, she pointed to the empty bottom of the paper bag in her hand.
Following the direction pointed out by the Grand Witch, Ronald imdiately noticed a sowhat complex pattern on the bottom of the paper bag, which was hard to see unless it was illuminated by light because it was very faintly etched.
Seeing that Ronald had found what she was pointing out, the Grand Witch promptly explained:
"You see?"
"This is an eavesdropping technique commonly used by investigators. I’ve been caught by this trick they use before, and now I find it rather nostalgic."
While explaining, the Grand Witch’s hands didn’t hesitate.
As she fiddled with the paper bag, she had already sealed the eavesdropping technique’s runes with her Magic Power. Placing the paper bag on the edge of the table, she began to sweep the tea leaves back into it bit by bit.
Observing the Grand Witch’s actions, Ronald showed an expression of understanding.
Then he sat back down in his own lounge chair.
Listening to the ’rustling’ sound of the Grand Witch cleaning up the tea leaves beside him.
After so thought, Ronald then asked the question he was most concerned about:
"Madam Theresa, I have a question."
The Grand Witch, continuing her actions, nodded gently:
"Go ahead."
Only then did Ronald continue:
"I have recently been inquiring about an organization called the ’Nine Commandnts.’ Do you know anything related to it?"
"..."
Although it was very brief.
Ronald did indeed notice:
The Grand Witch’s movents of tidying up the tea leaves had paused slightly.
Just by seeing this motion, Ronald was certain that the elderly Caster indeed knew sothing!

"Is it inconvenient to discuss?"

Following Ronald’s seemingly concessive question, the Grand Witch indeed shook her head:

"But Ronald, why are you asking about this?"
"Have you been invited by them as well?"
"That’s right." Ronald freely admitted, also continuing to explain, "Actually, not only was I invited, but I have also had a confrontation with one of their mbers. Considering various aspects, I now need to know more information about this organization."
Hearing Ronald’s response, the Grand Witch nodded slightly:
"I see..."
Her face didn’t show much surprise; instead, she seed to understand what Ronald was recounting.

The Grand Witch skilfully controlled the airflow, packing the remaining tea leaves back into the paper bag in one go.
Only after tidying up did she speak in a serious tone:
"Ronald, the ’Nine Commandnts’ is a very dangerous organization."
"If you are considering your safety, I suggest that you better avoid any contact with them in the future."
