Placed in a conventional world, Ronald would have definitely considered this to be the nonsensical ravings of a mad visionary.
Yet, who could bla him when the world itself did not conform to the common knowledge of Earthlings?
Combining the information Ronald saw in the church’s library from the Dark Age, this research conducted by the elderly man nad Nade might just be on the correct research path.
"This gentleman, what is this...?"
Examining the content on the tag, Ronald’s attention was naturally very engaged.
After having stood before the elderly man for so ti, the elder who had been writing also noticed his actions and thus interrupted Ronald’s concentration.
The elder had a pair of very firm eyes.
The first ti Ronald looked down and saw the man’s face, all his attention was drawn to those strong, resolute eyes.
Bowing slightly, Ronald then spoke:
"I’m sorry for intruding."
"I was just looking at the subject of your research, and personally, it feels very interesting to ."
"My research..."
Hearing Ronald’s response, the elder glanced around subtly and then continued with confusion, "Sir, you might be mistaken about sothing. This isn’t the main venue for the discussion sessions, to find..."
Out of respect for the researcher, Ronald imdiately shook his head:
"No no no, I am here because I am concerned about your research. However, regarding your paper ’Thoughts Induced by Orders of Magnitude,’ I wonder if, apart from hypotheses, there are other observable physical phenona?"
Ronald’s aning was very straightforward.
Without practical results that conford to the theory, all hypothetical theories would remain re speculations. Could this elderly man with white hair and beard produce corresponding research data?
Faced with Ronald’s direct inquiry, the old man’s response was quite straightforward.
"Well, of course there is. In our daily lives, everywhere is the true reflection of this theory. Just like a structural engineer, as long as he gets the concrete data of a building, he can quickly discern what ordinary people cannot see; isn’t this a change brought about by knowledge?"
This explanation was sowhat dismissive.

As soone ostracized by the mainstream mystical community, the elder usually encountered hostility from people. Could this dismissive attitude now be a habitual defense?
Thinking this, Ronald spoke very seriously:
"Sir, what I want to understand is your view of ’knowledge’. In your research, it seems that it is not perceived as re knowledge but as a ’thing’ that physically connects with the material world. From where did you get the inspiration for this point?"
What Ronald now brought up was directly related to the elder’s research and was not re bluster easily concocted from the text on the tag.
As a theoretical researcher, the elder imdiately detected the implication in his words.
This ti, the mystical researcher nad Nade’s expression turned serious in an instant, and his gaze intensely scrutinized Ronald’s entire appearance.
This scrutiny lasted nearly a minute. The elder first moved a chair from behind him and placed it beside him, and then said to Ronald:
"Sir, let’s sit down and talk."

Seeing the change in the elder’s attitude, Ronald clearly understood that the elder had made a decision. This invitation was the prelude to presenting genuine materials.
Ronald nodded and sat on the chair the elder had moved out.
And the elder imdiately said:
"Sir, my school is not adept at combat; what we are truly skilled at is a type of System Magic that can enlarge objects, even observe the shapes of very tiny objects."
Ronald was invigorated in an instant.
He sensed that he had truly encountered an important figure!
On Earth, ordinary researchers could study the microscopic world with the aid of facilities like microscopes, but in a world with magic, if the elder’s school magic was akin to microscope research...
Perhaps this type of magic had no significance in combat.
But the significance for actual scientific research was simply indescribable!
With a slightly trembling voice, Ronald asked:
"Can you observe cells... or the basic atomic structures that make up matter?"
The elder imdiately counter-questioned, "Can the magic of your school magnify things to such a degree?"
"..."
The reaction of the elder clearly indicated he indeed possessed such abilities!
"I... I only know so very superficial things," Ronald replied in the fastest manner since his arrival, "Biologically, we have the most basic cell units, and everything in the world follows the most basic molecular—atomic structure..."
After elaborately explaining the physics he had learned during his compulsory education, about fifteen minutes had passed. After this narration by Ronald, the elder’s deanor had completely shifted into that of a researcher.
"According to your description, my school’s magic actually supports even more detailed observations. In the strong nuclear force structure you ntioned, I have discovered even smaller constituent materials."

At that mont, Ronald truly wished he could bring this elder to Earth.
Having direct observation of the internal structure of hadrons, such a person would be an imasurable treasure for any scientific institution or country!
However, anwhile, the elder’s narration continued:
"This material that exists within hadrons, when further decomposed, no longer distinguishes physical structures and manifests characteristics of ’void’ pertaining to energy. But I don’t think this is the end."
"The component that constitutes energy is very likely the knowledge provided by the ’original texts’..."
Hearing the elder’s words, Ronald couldn’t help but interject:
"Do you an that the energy of this world is fundantally composed of information?"
"Information? That’s a good word!"
The elder looked extrely delighted now.
While affirming Ronald’s interjection, he continued:
"In my observations, when most spells of the mystical side are cast, there is a large convergence of information, which is also why I am committed to this research. It’s just a pity..."
At this point, the expression on the elder’s face beca sowhat downcast.
"It’s just a pity that my abilities are insufficient, and I still can’t access what might be the informational embodint—the original texts. Thus, I am naturally unable to verify the last step of this theory."
