Ina still suffered from insufficient information.

Although she chose to completely shut herself up very quickly, and was very thorough in the outco,

for Ronald,

such decisiveness was still not quite enough.

Upon hearing Ronald's order, Costate, who stood by the side of Jones and the others, directly tore apart the ropes binding them and turned his head back to Ronald's side.

"Sir, please wait a mont."

"..."

The maid's speed in executing orders was still reassuring.

Taking Ina's body from Ronald's hands, the magic fluctuation of the mory detection spell imdiately appeared on Costate.

In just a few seconds.

Costate, having completed the task, threw Ina's corpse to the ground like a rag:

"Sir, the mory extraction went rather smoothly. However, due to its already deceased state, the information is sowhat incomplete."

"No matter," Ronald expressed his satisfaction with the outco, "tell what you found on it..."

Ronald was about to continue the conversation with Costate.

But at that mont, the other people in the cave hall ca over and focused their attention on the two of them... and Ina's body on the ground.

"Mr. Jones, what... what has happened to Ina?"

Ronald imdiately explained:

"This individual happens to be the traitor who led you all here, probably afraid of what I'd extract from her under interrogation, so she committed suicide just now."

The people in the volunteer squad looked at each other, and many faces showed doubt about this answer:

"A traitor?"

"Ina has worked with us for many years..."

"How could she possibly be connected to the people of Nigar?"

"..."

People in the support squad had various opinions, so expressing doubt about Ina's identity, others confused by the current situation.

In such circumstances,

Costate also made a rather unusual move.

The maid seed to judge the information she had just obtained as very special and whispered to Ronald:

"Sir, the information just acquired is rather complex."

"Considering the actual situation, I advise against discussing it in front of these people."

"Oh?" Ronald raised his eyebrows.

Costate's reaction made him sowhat alert.

Perhaps this seemingly ordinary relic exploration was about to unearth so alarming information.

With a gesture to the others, he imdiately pulled Costate out of the cave.

Even though the other mbers of the expedition could discern so issues, considering everything that had just occurred, they naturally did not dare to follow.

Standing by the entrance of the cave, just the two of them, Ronald continued:

"Now tell , what exactly have you discovered?"

Costate began to describe her findings in a calm tone:

"Sir, thanks to Ina's relatively good physical condition, I was able to extract most of the information after her bloodline awakening. Probably after the Dark Age had passed, the people of Nigar hidden here noticed the immortality characteristic of summoned creatures and then embarked on related research..."

Costate's initial remarks were known by Ronald.

But as the conversation deepened,

the situation changed drastically:

"…So, the summoned creatures that were forcefully experinted on beca very angry, and through their racial traits, they communicated this situation to their kin, which ultimately led to their collective attack on Twin Creeks City."

"However, everything did not end with the sealing of Twin Creeks City."

"In the world of the summoned creatures, taking what happened in Twin Creeks City as a starting point, those who had previously felt little for this world began to gradually awaken to so rather special emotions."

"…"

Could this be considered the worst-case scenario?

The thought imdiately sprang into Ronald's mind.

The otherworldly creatures originally summoned to this world, after developing such distinct adversarial emotions, would almost certainly provoke so kind of situation—one could guess even with their eyes closed.

The world of the summoned creatures...

Presumably, nobody had done any work on their ideology or ethics?

As Ronald almost rolled his eyes at this piece of information, Costate continued in his own steady cadence:

"Over the following hundreds of years, these summoned creatures happened to find the half-breeds left behind by the Dark Age in this world and tried to use their race's unique thods to awaken their mories."

Hearing this, Ronald glanced inside the cave:

"So soone like Ina is a product born during this process?"

"Sir, you are quite correct," Costate praised Ronald subtly before correcting himself, "However, the specific situation might be a bit different from what you imagine."

"Go on," Ronald nodded, indicating for Costate to continue.

"These otherworldly creatures, after being summoned for a long ti, beca aware of the actual situation in this world. Therefore, over the next century, they not only continued the developnt of these half-breed descendants among humans but also made various forms of contact with the summoned creatures of other sects."

Costate continued to emphasize the seriousness of the situation, yet his tone remained as even as ever:

"And this developnt changed completely a short while ago."

"The forrly impenetrable seals of Twin Creeks City, along with the great changes, began to weaken. Normally, summoned creatures can always be sensed by the caster. If they could use the teleportation channel previously activated here, then they would be able to infiltrate this world in greater numbers without human detection."

"…"

Ronald recalled a familiar concept—the butterfly effect.

Starting with the actions of the Nine Commandnts, more and more related and unrelated elents began to move. Those detectable and undetectable, regardless of distance or magnitude, started to stir beneath the world's vast surface.

The changes in human civilization were one thing.

Now looking at their discoveries in the relics of Twin Creeks City, and the previous dust behemoth...

Ronald even had a feeling.

If he were to go buy a world map now and randomly poke a few places on it, he would likely hit a location where sothing significant was happening.

"Wait a minute!"

A second ago, Ronald had been pondering whether he was about to face a the park of alternate-world invasion.

But thinking of his current location.

A terrible premonition instantly erged.

—First, this place was Entrode.

—Second, Entrode had been in a state of war for the past few years.

—Third...

That was a problem, wasn't it?

What situation could be more conducive to these creatures from another world hiding than war, the most extre environnt?

"…"

As Ronald's expression changed, his maidservant intuitively understood.

Costate verified in a very loyal tone:

"Sir, you are not mistaken."

"The current situation in Entrode is not good."

"Even the fact that relic exploration could be left to private managent was due to the green light all the way from the higher-ups, which allowed it to proceed smoothly."
