Phil readily accepted Ronald's statent, but then ntioned what she saw just now:
"Ronald, there were also other casters passing by here earlier."

As the battle approached its conclusion, he no longer needed to hide from the cultists. Buoyed by his newfound confidence from defeating a formidable enemy, Ronald brought Phil directly above the western battlefield of Waterfall City.
Standing at such a high vantage point, the scene of the battle below was completely visible.
