Later that evening, just minutes before the scheduled get-together with Freddie, Lisa glanced at the watch on her wrist and lifted her head with an impatient huff.

She was dressed in elegant clothes, her makeup carefully done, which only made her look even prettier than usual, though the frown on her face dulled it a little bit.

"Hey," Yohan called as he ca into view.

She shot up from the bench. "What took you so long? He’s been blowing up my phone nonstop. And where’s the girl you said you were bringing?"

"Sorry about that," Yohan said. "It took her a while to get ready."

At that mont, Chloe stepped out from behind him.

For a second, Lisa forgot what she was about to say. Chloe looked stunning—far more than Lisa had imagined, to the point it caught her off guard.

"Wow," Lisa said honestly. "I always thought you were pretty in class, but seeing you like this..." She trailed off, shaking her head. "I don’t even know what to say."

Chloe’s cheeks flushed pink as she blushed. She tugged the hem of her short gown down slightly, trying to cover more of her exposed thighs.

"T-Thank you," she stamred shyly.

"I’m serious," Lisa said, stepping closer as she studied Chloe’s face. "Your makeup suits you perfectly—like it was done by a professional."

She tilted her head, examining every detail. "It’s subtle and bold at the sa ti, almost like you’re not wearing any at all. Did you do it yourself?"

"No, it was..." Chloe paused.

Jenna’s face flashed through her mind—how carefully she’d worked, how focused she’d been. Then the mories that followed made it hard to continue, the heat rushing back to Chloe’s face.

’I can’t believe I sucked another woman’s breast...’

Even so, Chloe couldn’t deny the result. She had never looked this pretty before. The process had been awkward and a bit embarrassing for both of them, but Jenna really had been as skilled as she claid. It was almost like she had magic hands.

"Do you think this is the right ti to be talking about this?" Yohan cut in. "We shouldn’t keep Freddie waiting, unless he might think sothing is up."

"Right," Lisa agreed.

Chloe nodded as well, though her movents were hesitant. Yohan had told her a few extra things earlier—things that left a faint knot in her stomach. Still, the objective hadn’t changed.

She followed Lisa into a private bar, where Freddie and his friends were already waiting. The mont they arrived, drinks were pressed into their hands, the glasses already beaded with condensation.

Chloe stared down at the liquid. She already knew it was laced so she didn’t take a sip.

"Aren’t you drinking?" Freddie asked, sliding a little closer, a charming grin fixed on his face.

"N-No, thank you," she said softly. "I’m not really a fan of alcohol."

"Oh?" He chuckled lightly. "Co on, you can’t tell you ca all the way to a bar without expecting to at least taste the drinks."

His tone was playful, but there was sothing insistent beneath it. Chloe didn’t want to raise suspicion, so she decided to fake it.

She lifted the glass to her lips, tilting it just enough to make it look convincing. The sharp scent of alcohol hit her nose, making her wince.

The lighting in the room was dim, too dim for him to clearly see what she was doing.

Suddenly, Freddie reached out and tipped her glass further.

The drink sloshed forward, spilling over the rim and splattering onto her dress.

"Blugh—ah—what the...!" Chloe coughed, spitting out the little that had accidentally gotten into her mouth as she hurriedly wiped her tongue with her hand.

"Sorry, sorry," Freddie laughed, like it was nothing serious. "I didn’t an to startle you. I was just joking around—I didn’t think it’d spill like that. Just trying to get you to loosen up a bit."

She shot him a sharp glare, teeth clenched, anger flaring hot in her chest. For a mont, she almost snapped.

Instead, she turned to Lisa.

Lisa looked away, pretending she hadn’t seen a thing.

Chloe swallowed her frustration. According to Yohan, their lives were literally on the line.

’I have to control myself...’

Letting out a slow breath, she rose to her feet. "Excuse ," she said tightly. "I need to clean myself up."

Chloe stumbled into the bathroom, bracing herself against the sink as she struggled to steady her breathing. Even the small amount that had made it into her mouth was enough to leave her dizzy.

"I barely even tasted anything..." she muttered, staring at her reflection.

Back in the bar, the other girls had already passed out.

The door slid open, and a fat man with a round face and a protruding belly stepped inside. He was followed closely by Kai Lu—the executioner of the Black Blood gang.

"Uncle, you arrived early today," Freddie said as he quickly rose to his feet.

"Yes," the round man replied cheerfully. "That’s because today is a very special day. Have you forgotten?"

"Chairman," Kai Lu leaned in and whispered, "the executives have arrived at the mansion."

"Yes, then we should get going," the man said casually. He turned to Freddie. "You and your friends—put the girls in the car. We don’t want to waste ti."

Freddie’s eyes widened. "Uncle... do you an you’re finally going to introduce to the executives?"

"Of course," the chairman said with a satisfied smile. "You’ve proven that I can trust you. That’s all I needed to see."

He paused, letting the mont sink in.

"Tonight, I’m not just introducing you to the executives," he continued. "I’m also taking you to et the Baker."

"What?" Kai Lu’s brows furrowed deeply.

"Seriously?!" Freddie exclaid at the sa ti, his shock plain on his face.

"Yes," the chairman said with a proud chuckle. "I’ll take you to his actual shop. That’s what you want, isn’t it?"

"Yes, sir," Freddie replied eagerly. His two followers, those two morons he called friends—wore the sa awestruck expressions.

"Then you’ve earned it." His uncle patted him on the shoulder, clearly pleased.

"Thank you, sir. I promise I won’t let you down," Freddie said earnestly.

"I’m sure you won’t," the chairman laughed. "And rember—not a word of this to your mother. My sister can be a bit... difficult when it cos to matters like this."
