Sancho originally wanted to curse at Qing Chen, but he glanced at the Fire Line Team and decided to hold back, “Go ahead.”

Daniel walked in and looked around, “I heard Sancho was called in? Where is he?”

Daniel raised his voice, “Why should I be nervous?”
Qing Chen said, “Sancho has already disclosed everything about Baron Vince defrauding death benefits. Is there anything you want to say?”
Daniel clenched his fists, “Baron Vince? I’m not familiar with Baron Vince. I only handle the disbursent of death benefits, the base decides how many were killed in action, and I distribute that amount. What’s the problem? If Sancho made a mistake, that’s Sancho’s issue.”
This group was very cunning; everyone only handled their part of the work. The initial error was Baron Vince’s false military report and deceit for death benefits. If Baron Vince didn’t implicate others, these officers were simply on the “deceived” side.
And coincidentally, Baron Vince held a title. Even if punished, he wouldn’t go to prison, at most, a demotion or stripping of his title, so he was fearless.
But only by nailing Baron Vince, making him spill the whole matter, could the officers at the forward base be uprooted entirely.
