Neither would Baki, as the captain of the Sand Village's Anbu. Gaara pondered for a mont and said, "Continue the investigation.
We must find out who did it. Anyone who can capture Hiruko in such a short ti must be stronger than Uchiha Sasuke." Baki nodded. "Understood."
"Konoha's current strength far surpasses our Sand Village. Just one Uchiha Sasuke is enough of a headache. If there's another ninja stronger than Uchiha Sasuke, it would be terrifying."

After Yoruha appeared, Tsunade introduced, "Yoruha, this is Temari, the elder sister of the Fifth Kazekage from the Sand Village." Yoruha's sudden appearance puzzled Temari. She had co to the Leaf Village seeking aid.
Soone had defected from the Sand Village, an elite jonin who mastered puppet techniques and seed to be plotting sothing world-changing.
He had taken out many of the Sand Village's Anbu. Gaara couldn't leave the Sand Village easily, so he sent Temari to the Leaf Village for help.
This kind of thing was quite normal, as ninjas live by taking on missions. The major nations often assign missions to each other's ninja villages.
The Leaf Village can take on missions from the Land of Wind, and even from the Sand Village, just as other ninja villages do.
Currently, the Sand Village and the Leaf Village are allies, so Gaara's first choice for aid was the Leaf Village.
However, Temari originally hoped Tsunade would send Sasuke, or at least soone like Sakura or Naruto. Even Kakashi would do.
