Entering Kurama Chakra Mode, if Naruto were to master the Rasenshuriken, he would truly reach a super Kage-level standard. Moreover, after learning Sage Mode, he wouldn't suffer backlash from using the Rasenshuriken. When Naruto heard Yoruha say he was going to teach him a new jutsu, his face was full of anticipation. "Really? What kind of jutsu is it?"
Yoruha smiled and said, "Didn't I ntion it? It's the next level of the Rasengan. The Rasengan is the pinnacle of shape transformation, and if you add Wind Release, it will have imnse power."
Naruto pondered, "Add Wind Release?" Yoruha nodded, "Your chakra nature is Wind. Adding Wind Release to the Rasengan will greatly enhance its power." Naruto looked up at Yoruha, "When did you co up with this jutsu?"
Yoruha was taken aback; he didn't expect Naruto to ask such a question. "Is there really a need to ask?" Naruto replied calmly, "I just want to know how big the gap between us is."
Even though he knew the gap with Yoruha was significant, he still wanted to know just how vast it was. After a mont of silence, Yoruha said, "About three years ago, after I learned the Rasengan." Naruto smiled wryly, "So you learned it just after mastering the Rasengan?"
"The gap is really huge," Naruto sighed. "So that's how big the difference is between us."
Just monts ago, Naruto was basking in the recognition from Kurama, but now he was deeply affected. Although he knew he couldn't compare to Yoruha, realizing the gap was this vast was truly disheartening. They had both graduated from the ninja academy together, and they were the sa age, so how could the difference be so enormous?
Seeing Naruto in this state, Yoruha said, "Why are you getting so sentintal? Just keep getting stronger, isn't that enough? Why worry about how strong others are?"
Naruto paused, then laughed, "Yeah, I guess I was overthinking it." "But I wonder if I can surpass Sasuke now." Seeing Naruto's renewed enthusiasm, Yoruha decided not to dampen his spirits.
Although Naruto had stabilized at a super Kage-level, he was still far from Sasuke. Even without using Urashiki Ōtsutsuki's power, Sasuke's strength was firmly at the peak of super Kage-level, just a step away from reaching the Six Paths level.
Even though both were super Kage-level, if they were to fight, Sasuke could likely suppress him with just a glance. The Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan's ocular power was too strong, not to ntion Sasuke's ocular power surpassed even Madara's, and possibly Indra Ōtsutsuki's Mangekyō Sharingan.
This was because his body was gradually being influenced by Urashiki Ōtsutsuki, slowly transforming into the pure-blooded Ōtsutsuki clan physique. By the ti Urashiki Ōtsutsuki's power fully rged into Sasuke's body, his bloodline would be far purer than even Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki's. Urashiki Ōtsutsuki had resigned himself to this fate, realizing that the seal within Sasuke was incredibly strong, beyond his power to break.
He even believed that not even the elders of the Ōtsutsuki clan could break it.
Given the circumstances, he was left with only one final option: to fully integrate into Sasuke's body. By rging with him, Sasuke would gain the body and bloodline of the Ōtsutsuki clan, while he would exist as data within Sasuke. This way, at least he could continue to exist; otherwise, if he didn't reincarnate soon, he wouldn't even be able to preserve his last remnants of data.
The reason for making such a choice was because he discovered that Yoruha's seal was too peculiar. In the end, even if he chose to go down fighting, abandoning his data and not reviving, the spatial seal that imprisoned him would forcibly extract his data and integrate it into Sasuke's body. So he really had no choice: either he would die completely, with his data being extracted and rged into Sasuke, or he would maintain his consciousness, with his data integrated into Sasuke.
He was still unwilling to et complete death. In the end, there was only one choice left. So now Sasuke could use Urashiki Ōtsutsuki's power without any hindrance because Urashiki Ōtsutsuki had resigned himself to this fate.
Rather than completely dying and becoming a string of data, it was better to retain his consciousness within Sasuke, at least considering himself still alive. Therefore, he reconciled with Sasuke. It could be said that the Urashiki Ōtsutsuki sealed within Sasuke was not sothing Kurama could compare to.
And from the fact that Urashiki Ōtsutsuki possessed the Rinne Sharingan, it was evident that he had already consud a chakra fruit. However, he couldn't control that power well and used it poorly. If Sasuke could wield that power effectively, he could even recreate a Ten-Tails.
At this mont, Sasuke's strength was no longer sothing Naruto could match. Naruto greatly needed Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki's Yang power, but Sasuke no longer needed Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki's Yin power. In fact, the Yin power was a burden rather than a boost for him.
However, Naruto didn't know this, and even Sasuke himself was unaware of his current potential. Eventually, Sasuke would possess power surpassing Kaguya Ōtsutsuki.
But naturally, Yoruha wouldn't tell Naruto or Sasuke about this. Yoruha had a sudden inspiration to seal Urashiki Ōtsutsuki within Sasuke, never expecting it would result in the current Sasuke, elevating his potential ceiling so significantly. This led to the growing gap between Naruto and him.
Unless Yoruha also sealed an Ōtsutsuki powerhouse within Naruto, Naruto would never surpass Sasuke. Of course, for Yoruha now, capturing an Ōtsutsuki powerhouse wasn't difficult. He simply didn't want to do it; there was no need. One strong individual in this world was enough, and Sasuke's potential ceiling wasn't as high as a true Ōtsutsuki clan mber.
The Ōtsutsuki clan mbers sent to this planet to find Kaguya Ōtsutsuki weren't the most powerful in their family. The Ōtsutsuki clan had many strong mbers, even those at Kaguya's level, and they were not few. Several elders of the Ōtsutsuki clan could easily destroy a planet.
Sasuke, even if he completely absorbed Urashiki Ōtsutsuki's power, couldn't reach that level. This was naturally what Yoruha's awareness detected. Those absurdly powerful Ōtsutsuki clan mbers were no different from ordinary people in Yoruha's eyes now.
So, divinity is relative. To ordinary humans, soone like Kaguya Ōtsutsuki could be considered a god, but to Kaguya Ōtsutsuki, the Ōtsutsuki elders were seen as deities. Yet, those powerful Ōtsutsuki elders were no different from ordinary people in Yoruha's eyes. If the Ōtsutsuki clan elders knew Yoruha's strength, they would also regard him as a god.
