"Ding! Host successfully showed off, experience 87."
A smirk touched Uzumaki Hiroshi’s lips as he heard the system’s prompt. He looked determinedly at the three punks.
"You guys bullied for years. It’s ti for a change. Don’t worry, I’ll take care of you! I’ll try to go easy," Uzumaki Hiroshi said, feeling his experience points surge.
The three punks were laughing hysterically. They couldn’t believe the forr dead-last was talking like this.
"You’re so full of yourself! Have you forgotten how badly we used to beat you up? Looks like you’ve gotten a big head! It’s ti for another lesson! To teach you so humility!" Mokuryu Mokuryu, the leader, shouted at Uzumaki Hiroshi.
Uzumaki Hiroshi smiled and beckoned Mokuryu to attack.
Uzumaki Hiroshi felt confident now. He’d been bullied because they’d attacked him three against one. They were equally matched, and he’d been at a disadvantage. Back then, he’d been weak, but not anymore.
"Hmph, looks like you’re itching for a fight. Let’s go, guys, three against one!" Mokuryu said to his friends.
They attacked Uzumaki Hiroshi together.
Seeing them charge, Uzumaki Hiroshi smirked, then patted his back, intending to get his kunai.
"Damn it! I was in such a hurry, I forgot my weapon pouch! What am I going to do? I can’t use jutsu, so I have to use my fists?"
The smile left Uzumaki Hiroshi’s face, replaced by panic.
"What’s wrong? Scared? Too bad, it’s too late!" Mokuryu said triumphantly, seeing Uzumaki Hiroshi’s panic.
Realizing he couldn’t escape, Uzumaki Hiroshi frantically searched for a weapon.
"This is it. There’s nothing else. I hope the system will help out!"
He saw several pebbles on the ground.
If he didn’t use them, he’d have to fight hand-to-hand, and he wasn’t sure he could win. He’d only just gotten stronger and wasn’t fully used to it yet.
Uzumaki Hiroshi bent down, quickly picking up a dozen pebbles. He retreated while throwing them at the three punks.
The pebbles zipped through the gaps between them. Even if he missed, Uzumaki Hiroshi didn’t give up.
"Ding! Throwing skill 1, Accuracy 1, Skill progress: 1/10, 1/10."
He’d been right! Now they’d see what he could do. Uzumaki Hiroshi relaxed slightly.
He was right. If he kept this up, his throwing skill would soon reach mastery level.
"Damn it, you two split up. Attack him from three directions.
I don’t believe he can handle all three at once!" Mokuryu said, dodging Uzumaki Hiroshi’s pebbles.
