Kushina, cooking in the kitchen, nodded. "Your Minato-uncle ca ho last night, but very late. He didn’t eat breakfast this morning and went straight to the Hokage’s office. He said he had very important things to handle."
Hiroshi nodded. "I see. This competition was more significant than it seed. There will likely be unexpected results!"

He was right. Every year, the Hokage recruited several strong ANBU ninjas.
ANBU ninjas had many responsibilities: missions, protecting the Hokage, and nurous secret missions, including assassinations—all part of their daily work.
"My strength is at the Chunin level, and I’ve mastered so many jutsu. I’d have a good chance of defeating a Jonin," Hiroshi thought, looking at the trees in the yard.

Kushina soon finished breakfast and called Hiroshi to the table.

Hiroshi nodded. "Okay, Aunt. I know. You should eat quickly too. Don’t cook for these next few days; I can do it myself. And I can cook for you too. Aren’t you about to give birth to little Naruto? You need to take care of yourself!"
"I know, Hiroshi. Don’t worry about . I know my own body. You just focus on your studies."
"Our Hiroshi is so smart. I’m sure you’ll beco a legendary figure in the village soday. Your uncle and aunt will be so proud!" Kushina said, smiling.
Hiroshi nodded and began eating.
