Ti passed, and evening arrived. Uzumaki Hiroshi awoke.
"I slept longer than I thought. I need to train. Oh, right, I got that fruit! I wonder what kind it is. Let’s take a look. It might surprise !" he said, rembering the fruit.
He focused his mind, and the fruit appeared in his hand. A small inscription was visible.
"Copy Fruit: Upon consumption, gain the ability to copy any jutsu used by an opponent instantly, without the need for training."
Hiroshi was astonished. He hadn’t expected such a powerful ability. It was comparable to the Sharingan.
"No way! My luck is incredible! I got the Copy Fruit! This saves so much effort!"
"With this fruit, I’ll have sothing like the Sharingan. I might not have the dōjutsu, but I can copy jutsu. This is amazing!" Hiroshi was overjoyed.
In the Naruto world, the ability to copy jutsu would be ga-changing. He could copy his opponents’ techniques, putting them at a disadvantage.
"This is great! I can’t wait to eat it!" He popped the fruit into his mouth. It was quite large.
Despite its size, he wanted to eat it quickly and gain the ability.
He devoured the fruit in a few bites.
"Ugh, it’s disgusting! No wonder they said Devil Fruits taste awful in One Piece. This is truly terrible! But it’s worth it; I’ll soon have the copy ability. Haha!" Hiroshi said, his brow furrowed.
Five seconds later, a sharp pain shot through his heart. He hadn’t expected this. The pain was unbearable.
"Damn it! This hurts so much!"
"Ding! Host is enduring pain. Physical strength 1 1"
"No way! The system is still giving a boost! This is a bonus! As long as I endure the pain, my physical strength keeps increasing!" Hiroshi muttered through gritted teeth.
He curled up on the bed, writhing in pain for ten minutes before it finally subsided.
"Damn, that hurt like hell! If I ever get another Devil Fruit, I’m not eating it! I swear I’ll never endure that pain again!" he said, wiping the sweat from his face.
