The Masked Man actually didn't do anything perverted.
The so-called "white liquid" was simply the sa biological material that flowed from his disintegrating half-body when Minato hit him with a Rasengan during the Nine-Tails rampage.
When the Masked Man walked to the bedside earlier, the action of "taking sothing out" was actually just him exposing part of his waist and pulling out a fleshy tube, which he inserted into Kakashi's mouth.
This procedure was sowhat similar to how Kabuto saved Sasuke during the war.
However, since Sasuke had been stabbed through the chest by Madara at that ti, Kabuto could directly insert the tube into the wound for direct infusion.
But what could the Masked Man do here? Kakashi didn't have a convenient stab wound to use as a port.
His options were limited: either oral administration, or asshole administration for better absorption.
In the end, the Masked Man chose the relatively normal oral thod.
Fortunately, he didn't choose the more easily absorbed asshole thod, otherwise Kushina and Rin probably would have had a complete ntal breakdown right there on the roof!
But even with the oral thod chosen, the scene was still too graphic for the two won to bear watching.
"Kushina-nee... what the hell did Obito just do to Kakashi?"
Rin stared blankly at the scene inside the room, asking her teacher's wife beside her, traumatized.
"...Rin, don't overthink it. He was probably just feeding Kakashi so... milk..."
"You're lying!"

If even soone as obviously heterosexual as Obito could hide it so deeply, only revealing it now—what about the others?
What about Minato?

Kushina started to hallucinate a backstory.
The conflict between the Uchiha clan and the village eased after Minato took office.
Minato and Fugaku were like the relationship between Madara and the First Hokage.

The appearance of the Nine-Tailed Beast had nothing to do with Fugaku, but the village suspected the Uchiha anyway.
Logically, at such a ti, Fugaku should have continued the previous easing of tensions and explained things clearly.
But at that point, Fugaku ntally snapped—'Minato is dead, I no longer care about right or wrong.'
So Fugaku decided to launch a rebellion, beco Hokage himself, and carry on Minato's will.
But later, his son Itachi had different ideas.
The powerful Fugaku, upon learning of this, chose to willingly accept death.
Why? Because after being killed by his son, he could reunite with Minato in the Pure Land!
It made sense.
Its absolutely make sense!
And it was absolutely terrifying.
"Kushina-nee, are you okay?" Rin waved her hand in front of Kushina's face when she saw the redhead spacing out.
"Nothing, I just..."
"Are you two friends of Kakashi?"
Suddenly, a loud voice ca from the side.
"Ah!"
"Ah!"
Both Kushina and Rin had been so absorbed in their spiraling thoughts that they hadn't noticed soone approaching and were startled.
"You're here to visit Kakashi too, right? Hello! I am Kakashi's eternal rival, the Blue Beast of Konoha, Might Guy!"
Might Guy gave them a thumbs-up and flashed a blindingly bright smile, his teeth sparkling.
Seriously, ninjas never use the front door, always the window—what's the point of having a door then?
"Oh? It's Guy. I recognized you right away," Rin said with a laugh.
Everyone had grown up.
Like when she was first revived, she hadn't recognized Kurenai.
Kurenai as a child had a bit of baby fat and was small.
Now, Kurenai...
So tall, so big, so.... curvy—so enviable.
It's a pity Rin never got the chance to grow up.
As for Kakashi and the current Guy?
One with his iconic mask and the other in his iconic green spandex... it was impossible not to recognize them.
"Recognize ?"
Might Guy's smile stiffened, and he scanned the two seriously. "You two... seem familiar."
"Huh?" Rin was taken aback.

Guy had t her as a child, hadn't he?

Before leaving with Rin, Kushina turned back and gave Might Guy this specific instruction.
Before confirming Kakashi's orientation, and before clarifying whether Kakashi and Obito were actually a thing, it would be better not to let Kakashi know about the "fluid" incident.
"Oh! Got it!"
Might Guy responded, then opened the window and climbed into the room.
Guy carried a fruit basket to Kakashi's bedside, set it down, and noticed sothing leaking from the corner of Kakashi's mouth.
"Did soone just feed Kakashi milk for nutrition? How thoughtful! But why didn't they help wipe it off? Or did Kakashi spit it out after drinking?"
Guy muttered to himself while pulling out a tissue and gently wiping Kakashi's mouth.
At that mont, Kakashi suddenly woke up, snapping his eyes open.
Hashirama cells were indeed effective dicine, and the purity of the Hashirama cells in the Masked Man was much higher than the diluted version inside Tenzo.
Does this not sound like a description of Hashirama cells? Whatever.
Anyway, Kakashi was awake.
Then, as soon as he opened his eyes, he saw Guy standing by his bedside... along with the mysterious bulge under Guy's tight green spandex right near the head of the bed.
"Guy, you..."
Kakashi instantly recalled having a strange dream where he was eating a banana that just wouldn't break, and his face turned pale with horror!
But the next second, Kakashi breathed a sigh of relief.
He suddenly rembered that Guy dick was the size of a small acorn, which couldn't possibly match the size of the "banana" in the dream he just had.
It was just an ordinary dream after all.
