Tsunade continued, "You're going to beco Hokage in the future, so you absolutely can't be too extre in the way you do things. I'll make you get rid of this bad habit."

Seiryū froze for a mont, then pointed at himself. "Huh? ? Beco Hokage?"
His expression turned extrely colorful, and he looked at Tsunade like she was an idiot. "Bad woman, what kind of madness are you on about!?"
When had he ever said he wanted to beco Hokage?
That was absolutely impossible!
Tsunade crossed her arms and said very seriously, "As my disciple, Tsunade's disciple naturally has those qualifications. I'll train you into the most perfect Hokage!"

Seiryū did not notice Tsunade's darkened face, and continued speaking at length, "Do you even understand what civil engineering is? It ans repairing this place this month, then repairing that place next month!"
"And not the kind where you finish it properly all at once!"
"This month you repair the underground drains, next month you dig them up again to repair the water pipes, then the month after that you discover that while repairing the water pipes, you blocked the underground drains, so you dig it all up again and keep repairing the drains."
"That way, the cycle can keep repeating and the work can continue indefinitely."
"One street can be repaired for three to five years, and I can make huge profits from it. I could even set up my own construction team and pull off the slick move of money passing from one hand to the other."
At this point, Seiryū suddenly paused.

He was not lacking in virtue.
He had only seen people who were.
