Now reading: Chapter 86 86: The First Sage Insect and the Infiltration of from Naruto: Building Insect Kingdom, a Action novel by FyLuf16701.

Along the winding paths of the Land of Grass, a young man walked with a steady pace. He had long, ink-black hair, and perched on his shoulder was a vibrant green dragonfly.

This was Shisui Abura, completely transford and unrecognizable from his forr self.

He had slipped out of the Land of Waterfalls days ago, telling no one. His decision to establish a new hive in the Land of Grass was not a whim, but a cold, calculated strategic move.

The Strategic Rationale

The Perfect Jinchuriki: The Seven-Tails could no longer produce new adapted insect species in the short term. Rather than letting the beast sit idle, Shisui planned to train his own Jinchuriki. The Land of Grass was a hub for displaced people, and more importantly, it hid the survivors of the Uzumaki Clan—the ideal candidates for hosting a Tailed Beast.

Hozuki Castle: The "Blood Prison" was an ideal base. It offered isolation, a steady supply of "rations" (the prisoners), and a constant influx of war criminals from all over the ninja world to serve as high-quality nutrients for his swarm.

The Box of Ultimate Bliss: This legendary artifact contained a monster that could potentially allow him to breed insects capable of manipulating spiritual energy or devouring negative emotions.

Misdirection: No one would expect him to strike so close to ho. By causing chaos in Grass, he could draw the eyes of the Great Nations away from the burgeoning strength of the Land of Waterfalls.

The Fall of the Blood Prison

Seven days prior, Shisui had quietly occupied the island. He sealed all exits with his swarm; within hours, not a single soul remained alive on the island except for the Lord of the Castle, Mui, and his young son, Mukade.

After extracting all necessary information, Shisui found the Grass Village's secret weapon: The Box of Ultimate Bliss. It was a massive, cubic artifact made of an unknown black tal, radiating a palpable aura of malice.

"Do you truly believe feeding this box will grant any wish?" Shisui asked the trembling father and son. "It contains nothing but a monster that feasts on chakra and emotions.

Once satiated, it won't grant a wish; it will simply break free and slaughter everything in its path. This isn't a miracle tool—it's a Six Paths sealing vessel disguised as a trap."

Mui's face turned pale. He realized his years of sacrifice—even the thought of offering his own son to the box—had been based on a lie.

"You're lying!" the five-year-old boy scread, shielding his father with a kunai. "You just want the treasure for yourself! You don't know what it's like for a small nation squeezed between giants! We only wanted to be strong enough to stop being pawns for Konoha and Iwa!"

"I don't care about your reasons," Shisui replied, his voice devoid of emotion. "I simply decided this place is better suited for my nest."

Establishing the Hive

Shisui didn't waste ti on sentint. He used his insects to bind the pair and administered spirit-controlling larvae.

While Mui's elite will resisted, the five-year-old son was easily brought under heel. Regardless, they could never leave the island now.

He transford the prison into a multi-layered hive.

The Depths: The Box of Ultimate Bliss was dragged to the lowest level, where specialized Corrosive Beetles began slowly gnawing at its tallic shell to force the monster out on Shisui's terms.

The Surface: The prison continued to function in na. Ships arriving with prisoners were t by a hypnotized crew and staff, ensuring the outside world suspected nothing.

Within a single day, the environnt was purged, and a two-story underground palace was constructed by the massive swarm. Shisui recalled the bulk of his insects into his body, leaving only the Sage Dragonfly, Ao, by his side.

The New Path

Shisui's next objective was to refine his Senjutsu (Sage Transformation) through Ao, using the dragonfly as a dium to gather natural energy and execute high-level Wind Style techniques.

Furthermore, he intended to steal the unique sword styles and genjutsu of the Grass Village. His plan was simple: join the Grass Ninja Village, rise through the ranks, and build a reputation.

By becoming a powerhouse in the Land of Grass, he would create a "lightning rod" for international tension, shielding the true progress of his forces in the Land of Waterfalls from the prying eyes of the Five Great Nations.

The real hive would remain hidden, while he played the part of a rising star in a dying land.
