Tesoro's ambition was very great. He wanted to control everything with money, even the Celestial Dragons. What's more, Doflamingo was one of his business partners, despite their complicated history.

Hancock looked at this massive entertainnt city in amazent. It felt less like a ship and more like an island. It had its own towns, and also the world's largest casino.
"There are quite a few pirate ships."
Shin glanced at the ships docked here. There were over a dozen, all from different crews.
"Olvia, you guys stay on the ship for now. Hancock and I will go check it out. If you're interested, you can co along too."
"I think I'll stay on the ship." Olvia decided to stay behind to prevent any unexpected situations.
"I want to go with you." Robin stepped forward and said to Shin.
Shin glanced at Robin and nodded without protest. Since she wanted to co, he had no reason to refuse.
"If anyone else is curious, you can co along."
Shin turned his head and said to the people on the ship.
"I have no interest in this kind of place."
Amatsuki Toki glanced at the entertainnt city. She had no interest in places like this and naturally wouldn't be going.

Kalifa, anwhile, considered for a mont before deciding to follow. This could be a chance to build trust. As an undercover agent, she needed to earn Shin's trust.
"Captain, I'll go with you," Kalifa said, standing beside Shin.
Shin glanced at Kalifa and didn't refuse. Then he led Hancock, Robin, and Kalifa to the Gran Tesoro entertainnt city.
"Tesoro should know I'm here. I wonder what he'll do."
A faint smile appeared on Shin's face. He had co here with great fanfare. If Tesoro didn't know, Shin would doubt his abilities.
"Even if he knows Shin is here, he'll probably just cower in hiding," Hancock said dismissively.
"Let's look around first. After all, it's an entertainnt city. There should be so fun things here."
Shin gazed at the extravagant entertainnt city. Even he couldn't help feeling a flicker of curiosity. The scale was breathtaking—a city built entirely of gold.

"YOU WANT TO DIE? WHAT THE HELL DID YOU JUST CALL ??" Hancock slashed with her sword, killing the man instantly.
"Good, now the trouble has been stirred up."
Shin smiled at the scene. Since he was here to stir up trouble, he naturally needed an excuse.
"Kill them," Shin ordered Kalifa behind him.
"?" Kalifa was stunned for a mont.
"Who else? You don't expect to clean up these small fry, do you?" Shin said irritably.
"Oh, I understand."
Kalifa imdiately used the power of the Float-Float Fruit, making the surrounding objects float and then smashing them towards those people.
"Are you deliberately causing trouble??" Robin couldn't help but ask Shin.
"Exactly, Robin. You nailed it. I'm deliberately stirring up trouble. Let's see if Tesoro will show his face."
Even if Tesoro didn't co out on his own, Shin would drag him out—unless Tesoro was willing to abandon his floating entertainnt empire. But giving up the city was unthinkable. Most of his profits relied on this city.

Shin gave a slight nod. If Kalifa couldn't handle these worthless pirates after eating the Float-Float Fruit, she'd be completely useless.

It was also an incredibly overpowered Devil Fruit—the Luck-Luck Fruit, which could steal other people's luck and make them incredibly unlucky.
She could literally kill people without lifting a finger, while boosting her own fortune at the sa ti. This was an absolutely broken Devil Fruit ability.

Shin was slightly stunned.
