According to the thod in the chakra extraction technique, he roughly estimated the abundance of this physical energy, then drew an equal amount of ntal energy and mixed it with it.
Energy is sothing inside the body; it cannot be seen and cannot be quantified, and one can only rely on ntal sensing to try.
