Naruto: I Woke Up as the Third Hokage Chapter 14: Sarutobi Hiruzen with a Fierce Glint in His Eyes

Hiruzen took a few comfortable puffs from his pipe.

Koharu asked in confusion, "Hiruzen, weren't 'Konoha committee mbers' supposed to be limited to twenty people?"
