Seeing the arrogant calm on Yagami's face, Kagerō shouted and imdiately took the lead, kicking off the ground and rushing forward.
The other five Iwa jōnin accelerated at once and followed behind him.
As elite jōnin of a great village, their combat instincts were naturally far beyond those of ordinary chūnin.
There was no need for drawn-out coordination or shouted plans at this stage.
Each of them already knew what to do.
They only had to fight according to their own strengths.

Tsuchimochi suddenly surged to the front of the formation.
Then, with a fierce stomp, he stopped short, condensed chakra into both palms, and slamd them into the ground.
Boom—!!
The earth split apart in an instant.
Countless jagged stones shot toward Yagami like a torrential storm.
He had already used this jutsu once before, but it had failed to injure Yagami at all.
So this ti, Tsuchimochi poured far more chakra into it than before.
The result was imdiate.
Both the range and the force of the attack rose to an entirely different level.

Then, using the sheer height of the remaining structure, they charged straight up its surface in great strides.

The footsteps rang out sharply.
But just as the first of the Iwa jōnin reached the top of the wall—
A blinding golden light suddenly shot into the sky.
At so point, Yagami had already ascended above them.
He spread both arms wide.
"Yasakani no Magatama."
In the next instant, countless light bullets poured down from his body like a storm.
"Fall back! Hurry!!"
Kagerō, the first to reach the top, cried out in alarm and instantly threw himself backward off the wall.
He would never forget that move.
Just earlier, it had wiped out more than three hundred of their comrades in re seconds.
The other jōnin who had just exposed themselves over the top of the wall were equally terrified, imdiately retreating as if their souls had nearly left their bodies.

The rain of light exploded indiscriminately across the battlefield.
Everything within a hundred-ter radius was swallowed by the bombardnt.
With Yagami having prepared the attack in advance, the ground was blasted apart so violently that the terrain itself began to change shape.
Even the remaining wall standing between the two sides—nearly ten ters tall and several ters thick—was rapidly blown apart under the relentless storm of destruction.
