(Naruto+LotM) Jugo - Father of Devils Chapter 149 149: Cap.134 - Ancient Bane - Part.1

[A/N: So, this chapter and the next one were difficult to write because so information was confusing to , either because it's been a long ti since I read LOTM or because the author left so things vague in his post about this sequence. In the end, I decided to go with what I believed to be right, but even now I still have doubts. Anyway, it's just fanfiction, which leaves room for extrapolation.]

Jugo was back in the Tenebrous World, staring directly at the large, sinister black sphere.

The cursed Tenseigan.

His acting had recently concluded, and he decided to move directly to becoming an Angel. He had essentially had everything ready long ago, now the ti had co to advance again.

This was the longest it took Jugo to advance in his sequence, unfortunately, if he had known how to act properly before, he would have advanced a long ti ago. Would he already be a god by now?

Sighing, Jugo decided to stop thinking about it for the ti being, instead, he advanced toward the Cursed Tenseigan and possessed it directly.

This was the first ti in all these years that Jugo had truly possessed this "artifact". The sensation was strange, it was different from possessing sothing dead, but it also wasn't the sa as possessing a living being, it was sowhere in between.

The Tenseigan lacked consciousness, but it wasn't completely inert either, it was like a mindless creature. Perhaps the experint was closer to possessing a corpse, sothing that had once been alive but was now dead.

After lingering there to settle in, he felt the trendous energy pulsing, in terms of energy/chakra alone, this giant eye was even superior to the Tailed Beasts he had seen before.

There were functions as well, Jugo felt that in this state he could use all the Tenseigan's abilities, it was like possessing a massive weapon of mass destruction.

Jugo didn't control the Tenseigan, instead, he stayed there until he was completely used to the sensation of being there, hoping that it would help when he began his ritual.

This enormous black sphere would be Jugo's future body, it was strange to think about it. He could no longer be considered human, but to think that he would beco a giant eye... it was disorienting.

In the end, a few hours later, he thought it was enough, although he felt a little apprehensive, perhaps because this breakthrough was much more complicated than the previous ones and it would also be when he would truly beco sothing completely divine, instead of just a fraction of it.

Without further hesitation, he took control of the Tenebrous World and absorbed the potion from Sequence 2, Ancient Bane.

The mont Jugo absorbed that potion, he literally froze, he felt like he did during his breakthrough into Puppet, but much stronger.

His body, inside the Tenseigan, was transford into countless fragnts, this ti there wasn't even ti to think. It wasn't a separation between curses and chains, but literally his entire body scattered like dust in the wind.

Fortunately, Jugo had already recovered all of his clones before this breakthrough, or they would all have beco a bunch of empty shells at the sa ti.

Jugo transford into a myriad of curses, directly losing his sense of "self." There was no struggle at all, Jugo couldn't fight even if he wanted to. None of this advancent depended on him. Luckily, he had prepared well.

The giant black eye groaned as if thousands of Wraiths were screaming at once, it trembled like a supporting pillar trying to bear a gigantic weight, even the Tenebrous World outside stirred.

The Tenseigan looked like it was about to shatter into a million pieces, but thankfully Jugo transford that eye into a "single" one, otherwise all the eyes would have split apart long ago, unable to withstand the power of an angel.

The energy of the Tenebrous World, both cold and hot, began to surround the giant eye, nourishing it, stabilizing it, almost instinctively aiding in this turbulent process.

It took hours, but the eye finally began to stop vibrating. If soone could look into the giant eye now, they would realize that "Jugo" was no longer there, all those curses had vanished, and all that remained was the giant black eye.

The real changes were in the eye itself, the curses were almost saturated. The mixture of the original Tenseigan curse with Jugo had made this artifact extrely malevolent. Fortunately, Jugo advanced into the Tenebrous World, or the region around the eye would have turned into a cursed land.

The eye lay there, inert, it stopped trembling continuously and began to pulsate slightly from ti to ti, almost as if there were a heart beating slowly inside. Of course, all of this was just Jugo getting used to his new "body."

He was already conscious, but everything about him seed strange and familiar at the sa ti, like a persistent sense of déjà vu. This state also kept Jugo in a feeling as if he had slept very deeply and woken up suddenly, between lucidity and confusion.

After an unknown amount of ti, when Jugo finally seed to "awaken" completely, the giant eye finally began to change.

Slowly, it began to shrink, its colossal size rapidly retracting. When it reached two ters, its eye began to change shape, contracting inward and slowly taking on a completely black humanoid form. It looked very much like Jugo's previous mythical creature form, but as if it had beco a completely smooth black surface instead of smoky black bandages.

Slowly the changes returned, Jugo reverted to his previous human form, his completely naked body looking exactly as it did when he possessed the Cursed Tenseigan.

He floated there, in the Tenebrous World, inert with his eyes still closed.

His body moved slowly, almost as if he were relearning how to move, finally, after a few seconds of adaptation, Jugo fell to the ground of the Tenebrous World, opening "His" eyes as soon as "He" touched the ground.

But his eyes were no longer the usual orange, instead, two pure blue Tenseigans shone in his eyes.

Jugo looked around, feeling that suddenly his vision had shifted from 360p to 4K.

A slight smile appeared on his lips, but soon after, his smile faltered as he began to receive information about this sequence.

Jugo's smile faded as shock and confusion spread, he only had one thought currently on his mind: "How the hell am I going to advance to sequence 1?"

[A/N: I'm not going to keep switching his pronouns to "He" and "His" all the ti, it's annoying, so I'll keep them in lowercase, even though he's already an angel.]
