Every single hair on Sakura's head stood on end as she slightly shifted her upper body, causing the torrent of crackling lightning aid at her to miss her by a hair's breadth. The very air humd with power, and with all the lightning bolts flashing around her, it felt as if she were facing Kurosuki Raiga all over again…
"You can't dodge forever!" Ranke snarled. "Why don't you be a good girl and just die for , 'kay?"
In response, Sakura picked up one of the fallen Hollow Knights and hurled it at her.
"Useless, useless, useless!" Ranke laughed, batting aside the corpse. "You'll have to try harder than…"
Ranke's eyes widened— the pink haired girl had followed the flying body, concealing herself in its shadow!
"Sha!" shouted Sakura.
Sakura wrapped her fist in chakra and drove it into the blonde woman's chin, but sothing about the blow had felt… off. The electricity buzzing in the air was making her muscles involuntarily tense up, which had prevented her from channelling the full strength of her punch.
Despite everything, Ranke was hurled into the wall at her back, where she slid down to the floor in a crumpled heap. Sakura's punches were nothing to sniff at!
'And stay down!' said Inner Sakura triumphantly, pumping her fist in the air.
Suddenly, the air was filled with the sound of groaning tal. The towering machine pitched forward by a more than a few degrees, transforming the once level corridor into a slide!
'Did we do that?' said Inner Sakura, bemused.
"Help , miss shinobi!" scread Kahiko, who was holding on to a wall-mounted electric light for dear life. "I can't hold on much longeeer!"
Sakura whirled around, and in that instant, she caught a flicker of movent at the edges of her vision— two enormous, furry arms shooting out from behind her, on both sides. The two limbs closed in on her, trapping her body in a bear hug!
"DIE!"
The electrical aura around Ranke increased in intensity, frying Sakura alive! Except…
"Substitution Jutsu!"
…that Sakura had managed to replace herself with one of the Hollow Knights, right before getting captured.
"WHY WON'T YOU DIE!" Ranke roared.
Sakura observed the forrly beautiful woman— Ranke had transford herself into a massive gorilla-like beast, with arms nearly the length of her entire body. And sohow, despite her increase in size, her armour still seed to be holding up just fine!
Sakura sighed.
All this ti, she had been trying to avoid dealing her opponent a lethal blow to find an opportunity to steal her breasts, but now, it seed like she'd have fight with killing intent if she wanted to survive!
The entire structure lurched again.
The ground was giving out under earth-moving machine's tracked treads, causing it to tip on its side— which was extrely bad for Sakura and company, seeing as they were near the top of the tower-like machine. It was a long way down to the ground, and there was no way out…
"I'm slipping!" screeched Kahiko. "Heeeeelp!"
Sakura imdiately turned and ran away from the gorilla woman, diving into the chasm that had beco the corridor, as it continued to slant ever more vertically.
"Hee hee!" Ranke giggled, as she leapt into the void after Sakura. "That's right, run! You don't stand a chance!"
Sakura reached into her weapons pouch as she flew by Kahiko and flung a kunai at him, pinning his clothes to the wall and stopping him from falling to his death.
"Got you!"
Snake! Bird!
Having successfully shortened her Jutsu to a re two hand signs, Sakura clapped her hands together.
"Wind Style: Gale Palms!"
Sakura snapped her palms against the air, producing a burst of air pressure from her hands. As a result of Newton's Third Law of Motion, Sakura's free-falling body was propelled into what had used to be the floor… in the exact spot where she had previously spread her sticky starch syrup trap!
"What the…?" shouted Ranke, as she whizzed past Sakura. Her opponent's unexpected aerial manoeuvres had caused her to miss her entirely! "No, no, nooooo!"
The syrup clung to Sakura's clothes, gradually slowing her fall, but there was no such thing for Ranke, who fell the entire length of the corridor, before crashing like a teor into what had used to be a wall and was now the floor.
Sakura peered down into the depths below. Illuminated by the softly blinking red ergency lights was Ranke's body, but whether she had survived her fall remained to be seen. At any rate, she had much bigger worries, such as her impending death…?
BANG!
Sakura felt her body jerk downwards, as the machine abruptly stopped tilting onto its side. Luckily, when Sasuke had planned to cripple the earth-moving machine with Explosive Tags, he had chosen a spot between two mountains!
"Heeeeelp!"
The jolt had shaken loose the kunai holding Kahiko to the wall, so Sakura casually snatched the old man's body out of the air as he was falling by her, and she safely secured him to the syrup. Ignoring the old man, who was now babbling incoherently, Sakura covered her back and the soles of her feet with chakra, freeing her from the bonds of her own sticky trap.
Guided by the blinking ergency lights, Sakura walked down the nearly vertical corridor to the bottom, where Ranke's body was resting. These Gelel stones were truly quite sothing— while she had shifted back to human form, she was already healing from her injuries.
Ranke's chest was rising and falling regularly as she breathed, indicating to Sakura that her opponent truly was unconscious. So, very carefully, Sakura prised the woman's plate armour from her body, revealing a tight, form-fitting jumpsuit underneath that restrained her big breasts, which sloped on each side of her chest.
"Manyuu Style: Breast Execution!"
With a quick slash of Sakura's blade, the woman's D-cup breasts began quickly deflating, while Sakura's huge teardrop-shaped I-cups began expanding. Her chest began stretching her red dress's fabric thin, the bottoms of her breasts already reaching her navel…
