"My seventeenth birthday is coming up at the end of the month," Sakura sighed. "I'll be older than I was in my past life…"
By the end of March, it would have been five years since she had last seen her original family.
"V cup, I'm proper massive," Sakura muttered to herself, palming her gigantic gazongas. "Under my Transformation Jutsu, I'm almost as round in the chest as I am tall…" her voice grew cold. "System, what's with these additional stats? I never asked to be shown my three sizes and my weight. Are you trying to tell sothing?"

Sakura wasn't a stranger to being teased about her figure. When they were younger, back before her breasts exceeded C-cups, Naruto had once called her "thunder thighs" when she'd accidentally fallen on top of him during training, and to this day Ino still called her Billboard Brow (because calling Sakura Cow Tits or Top Heavy only served to make her feel self-conscious).
Even so, the last thing Sakura had expected was to be called out by her own System about her weight!
"Yeah, well, Naruto's not lugging around 10 kg of boob flesh on his chest, is he?" Sakura retorted. "Besides, he's a skinny little bloke, he could use a little more muscle training, like I've done."
Sakura continued scrolling down. Her template had made significant progress, but despite having far outstripped the template's original model in size and rapidly running out of alphabet cup sizes, she wasn't even halfway through yet.
"Over 30 Kakashis," Sakura murmured, her eyes flicking down to her chakra capacity. "That's insane, no wonder I've been feeling as though I could never run out of chakra, lately…"
Her status panel had been frozen at O-cup and 11 KK for the past few months, so even though she'd grown since then, she'd been subconsciously underestimating her chakra capacity. There was only a seven-letter difference between O and V, so surely her chakra couldn't have increased that much, right?
Wrong!
Following the square-cube law, her chakra capacity increased quadratically with her band size, which ant her growth could be tracked with a second-order polynomial function. At O cup, she'd already been imnse, and at V cup she was more than twice that size; and her chakra capacity had followed the sa pattern, since that scaled linearly with the weight of her chest.
And that wasn't even taking into account the chakra reserves unconnected to her breasts. She had employed the Body Revival Jutsu to increase her muscle mass, and she was a teenager still in her pri years of growth… aning she had yet to reach her peak in terms of baseline chakra production.
Sakura skimd through the techniques section, noting with so satisfaction that she had successfully recorded Pakura's techniques with her Sharingan. Perhaps her Sharingan hadn't had ti to flush its own chakra mory before she internalised the techniques her eyes had witnessed, since the interval between reading Pakura's signs and subsequently gaining Scorch Style had been so brief.
Those eyes have a mind of their own, Sakura thought to herself.
"I just skimd through Izanagi's instructional leaflet before leaving for Lōran, but apparently that was enough to learn it," Sakura muttered to herself. "The System gave the Yin-Yang Gender Reversal Jutsu without even noticing, too…"
Sakura brought up the skill's description.
[1. The Yin-Yang Gender Reversal Jutsu reverses its victim's sex, rewriting their DNA by targeting their X and Y chromosos. n can be turned into won, but won cannot be turned into n, as they lack a Y chromoso to supply the necessary genetic information.]
Sakura had made peace with her womanhood, but she still felt a slight emptiness inside, now that she knew for certain that she wouldn't see her "little brother" again any ti soon. But perhaps an improved version of the jutsu that could turn won into n could still be derived. In this world, nothing was impossible, after all; she'd just have to set the System to extrapolating a solution.
[2. The feminising process is extrely arduous, as it completely breaks down the victim's body and reconstructs it from the ground up. The target will find herself incapacitated for at least a few hours.]
[3. In the long term, the victim will find herself unable to use chakra due to the reversal of her yin and yang poles, so should she wish to continue living as a kunoichi, she would have to relearn how to mould chakra from the very beginning.]
For most ordinary shinobi, the orientation reversal of chakra kneading alone would be a death sentence, as they would have to completely forget their ingrained muscle mory and think twice about how they moulded their chakra; and on the battlefield, a second's inattention was equivalent to death…
Of course, geniuses were a different story…
"Short and long term non-lethal incapacitation, eh?" Sakura muttered to herself.
The best part was that her victims would likely never return to their old lives as shinobi; and should they sohow manage it, they would never regain the strength they once held. With the Fourth Shinobi World War looming on the horizon, wasn't this the perfect alternative to killing…? With that much breast chakra at her disposal, she could beco a goddess through sheer quantitative accumulation…

So, in conclusion, even if the jutsu worked on won, Sakura would find herself unable to change back; since she was the only practitioner of the technique, nobody would be able to do it on her behalf. Until she relearned how to extract the two energies and spin them together into chakra… and in the reverse direction of her hair whorl, too, she would be stuck as a man. And since all her powers originated from her breasts, that would pretty much cripple her abilities… would she even have enough chakra afterwards to turn back?
"Hang on, if the Yin-Yang Gender Reversal Jutsu completely breaks down the target's body into mush and then regenerates it," Sakura wondered aloud, "doesn't that an it could potentially be used to heal terminal male patients?"
[Beep! Correct. However, the target would have to remain a woman, as undoing the jutsu would restore them to their original, dying self.]
"Co to think of it…"
Sakura glanced at the blond-haired man running ahead of the group. Earlier, while they had been resting at the oasis, she had noticed, when she had walked behind him, that Minato had two hair whorls: one clockwise, and one anticlockwise. So… what would happen if she used her technique on him?
Sakura shook her head vigorously. No way, that was dangerous thinking! She had to think of Naruto's safety! Minato was his daddy, not his mummy!
