Naruto goggled at Sakura's curvy figure. No longer gravity-defyingly top heavy, her body now took the shape of a pear. Her chest was almost completely flat, her belly was a little rounder than before, but her bottom… it was simply imnse. So that's why she was so much taller than him, even while sitting!
"Don't laugh!" Sakura cried, burying her face in her hands. "I know I look fat, okay?"

"Y-You look good!" Naruto stamred, flustered. "Great, even, ya know!"
Sakura was well past any do these jeans make my arse look fat hypotheticals. The answer was a resounding yes, no matter how one looked at it. Although she had clearly lost muscle mass, along with a fair amount of breast flesh, she remained quite thin above the waist… but below it, her hips were impossibly wide, and her backside was positively colossal, jutting out so far that her cheeks ford a twenty-centitre shelf.
"Do you really think so?" Sakura sniffled. She gave a little, half-hearted hop, throwing her back into it, and her aty cheeks clapped together loudly. "Ugh, how am I supposed to sneak around like this?"
A thought suddenly occurred to Sakura, and she glowered at Naruto.
"You weren't, by any chance, thinking about my butt when Madara attacked us?" she asked suspiciously. "Were you?"
Naruto quickly shook his head, but the truth was that, after spending so much ti at Sakura's side, he had grown slightly bored with her gigantic globes, and had developed a rather patrician taste for her backside. After all, for a young Naruto, Sakura's hips had always counted amongst her more redeeming features… other than her prominent forehead. That is, back before her cup size started rocketing through the alphabet.
However, Sakura's ghetto booty was not entirely Naruto's fault; her wish to no longer be Hokage had also played a part in her present, sorry state. To no longer be worthy of being Hokage, she needed to be weak and ineffectual, and so the Infinite Tsukuyomi realm had lted away her breasts, the source of her strength, and sent the fat downwards, where it now rested uselessly on her hips like enormous saddlebags.
After all, all that mass had to go sowhere.
As for why Sakura had changed at all, and not Naruto, Sakura rationalised that it must have been due to a combination of factors.
For one, she possessed Shion's Spirit World Physique, Shion being the daughter of Miroku, whom the Spiritual Plane had birthed through the accumulation of human prayers as the Anti-Mōryō. For another, her System relied on the Spiritual Plane to bring her cheat powers into being, so Sakura's form was extrely vulnerable to others' perception of her in this realm.
"I'm afraid I'm not going to be of much help this ti, Naruto," Sakura said glumly. "I've lost almost all my powers…"
All the bloodlines she had collected were still there, but they had fallen into a dormant state because of her body's abnormal condition. Her body probably hadn't even changed out there in the 'real world,' and she would doubtlessly return to normal once they left the Spiritual Plane and returned to the Physical Plane, but for the ti being…
Everyone in this world believed her to be a useless, sex-crazed weakling, so that's what she had beco. Not that she had never been sex-crazed before, though.
"You're not useless, Sakura-chan," Naruto said encouragingly. "You figured out what happened to us, so I'm sure you'll find a way to send us back ho, ya know?"
Sakura shrugged.
"Madara sent us here, so he must have a way to bring us back," she said. "That's all I've got… for now."
It also occurred to Sakura that, if she sohow obtained visual prowess equivalent to the Rinnegan, or a sufficient affinity for yin chakra, she might be able to forcefully break out of the Infinite Tsukuyomi. In the original tiline, Sasuke's Susano'o imbued with his brand-new Rinne Sharingan's chakra had been enough to ward off the moon's light, after all.
"All right, sounds simple enough," Naruto said with determination. "Find and defeat Madara, we can do this!"
Sakura vaguely rembered an episode of the ani in which Tenten had fallen into the Infinite Tsukuyomi. At first, Tenten was still able to rember the situation in the real world, but as ti went on, she gradually began to forget the details of her previous life, until at last she was fully assimilated into the dream realm, becoming the hero she'd always dread about being.
"How long until the dream takes my mind?" Sakura murmured to herself. "It's already stolen my body, so how long until I beco the stupid bimbo everyone seems to think I am, inside and out? I need a ntal wedge to remind myself of who I really am…"
Sakura looked down at her agre chest and squeezed her small breasts together, trying to give herself a bit of cleavage… and that's when it hit her. That was it! Looking at her own breasts would be her wedge; now, she just needed to make them big again so that she could perform a genjutsu on herself!
"N… MAAA!!!"
Sakura looked over Naruto's shoulder.
A furious-looking lady was stalking towards them, her long, crimson hair swaying ominously about her head like the tentacles of an overcooked octopus. Coming off her body in waves, the very air around her seed to shimr with the heat of her wrath…
"So, where should we start looking, ya know?" Naruto said, oblivious to the incoming woman. "My dad's the Hokage in this fake world, right? Maybe he could help us…"
"IGNORING , YA KNOW? YOU'VE GOT SO GUTS TO PRETEND LIKE I'M NOT EVEN HERE AFTER STAYING OUT ALL NIGHT AND MAKING WORRY!"
"S'cuse , lady," Naruto said in exasperation, as he turned to face her. "We're trying to have a conversation here, ya know?"
"Naruto!" Sakura squeaked, tugging at his sleeve. "That's your mum!"
Kushina cracked her knuckles and smiled at them dangerously.
"So that's why you didn't co ho last night, eh? I thought I told you to stop hanging around this harlot," she said, glowering at Sakura, before turning to look at Naruto. "One day you'll be Hokage, so you can't afford any scandals! Don't you see she's a bad influence on you, nma? She's only after your body!"
Naruto peered at her. "Mum?" he said in disbelief.
"Oh, my poor baby boy!" Kushina wailed. "That whore's got you so drunk you can't even recognise your own mother any more!"
Kushina took out her wallet and threw a stack of ryō onto the ground.
"Take that and get an abortion," she hissed. "Get out of my sight, and if I ever see you near my son again, I'll beat the living daylights out of you, and then I'll have my husband banish you from the village. Got it?"
And with those words, she began dragging Naruto away by the ear.
"Ouch, ouch, ouch!" Naruto yelped. "Don't worry about , Sakura-chan!" he yelled. "I'll continue looking for Madara on my side, ya know!"
Sakura picked up the stack of banknotes and waved them in the air in farewell. Her plan would go more smoothly if Naruto were not around to see what she was about to do.
