anwhile, Shikamo, Keiko, Touma, Haneda, and Yuto were watching the fight between Reina and Seii with dumbfounded expressions.
Their sword clash was destructive enough. And now, their Ninjutsu was creating an even bigger commotion. If they hadn't picked a distant training ground, the residents of Konoha would have thought that so enemy spy was attacking the village.
Official Konoha ninjas would have gathered to watch the spectacle by now. Perhaps, even Konoha ANBU would have arrived by now.
Then, Shikamo shook his head slightly.
Who was he kidding?
After such a commotion, probably the ANBU ninjas had already arrived, watching the battle unfold from the shadows.
Shikamo muttered, "Still, blue flas and purple lightning."
"Seii. Reina. You two have really pushed lightning and fire nature transformation to the limits."
"But I have to admit, this dance of blue fire and purple lightning is absolutely beautiful. Deadly but enchanting."
At that mont, Shikamo suddenly heard a familiar voice filled with amusent, "Yes, beautiful. Isn't it?"
"I believe if you can improve your Nara clan's Shadow Secret Techniques and master Yin Release properly, you can unleash the power of shadows to an even greater degree."
"Much like the blue fire and purple lightning you are witnessing now."
Nara Shikamo nodded subconsciously and replied without thinking, "Indeed. You're right, Seii…no, wait!!!"
Shikamo suddenly felt sothing was unnaturally wrong and turned his head abruptly toward the source of the unknown yet familiar voice.
There, he saw Seii sitting leisurely on a comfortable chair made of earth, clearly a product of the intricate use of the Earth Release technique.
He was watching the battle a kiloter away with a curious gleam in his eyes while occasionally writing sothing in a mini notebook.
What the heck is this guy doing here?
Shikamo's mind exploded as he stared at Seii.
Hearing Shikamo exclaim "Wait" too loudly, the other four also turned their heads at Seii, and they were equally shocked.
Touma rubbed the bridge of his nose, and he asked with a voice filled with exasperation, "What the heck are you doing here, Seii?"
Seii turned his head and replied with an innocent smile, "Oh, don't mind . I'm just a shadow clone." He pointed his chin toward the battlefield and continued, "The main body is still fighting Reina over there."
Shikamo interjected, "Of course, even an idiot can deduce that you're a shadow clone, and not the real Seii."
anwhile, Sarutobi Yuto thought inwardly: What? How did you figure out that it's a shadow clone, not the real Seii? I didn't realize it at all. Wait!!! Is Shikamo indirectly mocking and calling an idiot?
Uzumaki Keiko asked, "But when did you get here? We didn't sense anything at all."
Keiko is from the Uzumaki clan, who also possessed the Mind's Eye of the Kagura, an innate technique with insanely powerful sensing capabilities.
So, even if she didn't keep the technique active all the ti, her extrasensory perception could identify even the slightest fluctuation of chakra in her vicinity.
Yet, she failed to perceive Seii's arrival even when he was sitting so close to her. And Seii had even constructed a chair using Earth Release shape transformation without leaking a wisp of chakra.
To Keiko, who was accustod to detecting anything that entered her sensory field, this was utterly baffling.
Seii, or more accurately, his shadow clone, kept scribbling sothing in his small notebook and said, "What do you an when I got here? I have been here for quite a while now."
"It's just…I was feeling bored and didn't want to crouch or stand all the ti, so I made a chair and sat down on it."
The other five: You bastard!! Is that how you answer? At least use human speech, please.
A few imaginary black lines crept on Keiko's forehead as she almost unleashed the Adamantine Sealing Chains to tie Seii's shadow clone and beat him up.
But she reined in her impulse as she knew she couldn't possibly catch him.
Shikamo chid in, "Seii, she probably ant to ask how you masked your chakra fluctuations. She's an Uzumaki, you know. And yet she couldn't detect you."
Seii turned his head once again, blinked once, and exclaid, "Oh!"
"Simple. It's the sealing techniques."
Hearing about sealing techniques, Keiko's ears imdiately perked up.
She asked, "What kind of seal?"
Seii thought for a while before replying, "It's sothing I developed. If you want, I can show you. You will probably get your hands on it when you graduate anyway. After all, one of your specialized subjects in the Academy is Fuinjutsu (sealing techniques)."
Keiko said excitedly, "Then you better keep your promise."
Seii's shadow clone simply nodded and then turned his gaze toward the battlefield. With his Tenseigan, he could clearly see everything happening on the battlefield.
Binoculars?
He didn't need them.
In front of his eyes, nothing can stay hidden, nothing is too far.
The shadow clone Seii thought arrogantly. However, after a few seconds, he lightly shook his head.
Oh no. My inner arrogance is surging again.
Breathe in. Breathe out. Breathe in. Breathe out.
Uh!
Actually, I will leave the personality issues to my original body.
The shadow clone Seii thought inwardly before scribing sothing in the small notebook again.

On the other side, when Reina saw two pale hands erging from the ground and grabbing her ankles, she imdiately unsheathed her sword again, channeled a large amount of fire chakra through it, and plunged the sword into the ground.
As the blade channeled blue flas into the ground, the air around Reina began to distort in extre heat, and the ground literally began to lt.
As for the pale hand that grabbed Reina's ankles…
It instantly disappeared with a puff of smoke. Obviously, it was a shadow clone of Seii that had gone underground to ambush Reina.
However, Reina's quick action had foiled its plan.
Rooaaar!!!
Still, before Reina could sigh in relief, she saw a twenty-ter-long serpentine dragon made of water charging toward her with the montum of a bullet train.
Its transparent yet intricately detailed scales glinted under the sun as it opened its large maws, seemingly ready to bite her into oblivion.
Reina wasted no ti and quickly cast a Ninjutsu to counter the incoming water dragon.
Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique
Reina exhaled a stream of blue fla that quickly condensed into a twelve-ter-long and five-ter-wide head of flaming dragon with clear shape, which rocketed toward the incoming water dragon like a blazing blue cot.
The two jutsu collided with each other and exploded with an ear-shattering sound, releasing intense shockwaves.
Boooom!!
The ground shattered, forming a huge thirty-ter-wide crater filled with boiling water and sizzling magma.
The ground around the crater was filled with countless spider-web-like cracks. Although a lot of water vapor, dust, and rock fragnts flew into the air, the hurricane-like gusts of wind generated by the resulting shockwave blew them away in different directions.
Seeing the destruction they had caused, both of them stopped their 'friendly' sparring.
Then Seii stared at Reina, smiled, and asked, "You didn't hold back at all, huh?"
Reina also smirked and retorted, "Neither did you."
Seii asked again, "Should we continue?"
Reina looked around them. The entire training ground within a one-kiloter radius was filled with countless craters, charred marks, and devastating scenes left by powerful Ninjutsu.
Then Reina shook her head and said, "Nah, let's stop here."
"Our battle won't end anyti soon."
"And we have wrecked this place beyond recognition. If we continue our battle, the training ground will be destroyed beyond repair."
Seii nodded, "I agree."
"A draw then?"
Reina smiled and said, "Yes, let's call it a draw."
And with this, the final match of the battle royale ended rather anticlimactically.
