Seii's mind spun as he analyzed his own situation. He still couldn't utilize 75% of his body's full capacity without setbacks, which was a strict requirent for reaching the Kage level.
Without reaching this mark, he would not be able to deploy automatic chakra mbrane protection around his body, which was the mark of a Kage-level Shinobi.
Sure, his body, powered by a potent Otsutsuki bloodline, was incredibly powerful.
He could outmatch many Elite Jonin-level ninjas in Taijutsu and a pure contest of strength despite being only eleven.
Of course, that was without counting the Senju and Uzumaki clan Elite Jonin. Each of them had a monstrous physique. And every qualified Senju ninja had gone through countless cycles of full-body chakra infusion exercise.
But that was not the point.
The point was that he had a physique so powerful at his young age that it could even surpass many Elite Jonin-level ninja. His reflexes, strength, speed, dexterity, vitality, and senses were truly off the charts.

Seii murmured as he closed all the scrolls containing the insights into the Kage-level.
"If my plan works, I can achieve the Kage level within the next 3-4 years."
Then Seii paused for a bit. His eyes shone with faint blue light, which quickly turned bright crimson. Three distinct pitch-black magatama rotated slowly inside his crimson irises, centering the equally black pupil.
His entire deanor shifted as he said impudently, "Or I can just wait for my Sharingan to evolve."
"Tenseigan's next evolution is still far away."
"However, my Sharingan should evolve into Mangekyo Sharingan within the next two or so years."
"It will help enter the Kage-level swiftly. After all, the foundation is there."
"Once Sharingan evolves into Mangekyo Sharingan, my spiritual power, perception, intuition, and chakra quality will get a huge boost. And because of the powerful spiritual power, my control over my body would also increase dramatically."
"With a strong physique and proper foundation, I will quickly ascend to the Kage-level without consequences, even though I will be less than fifteen years old."
"Fortunately, my strong foundation and powerful bloodline will ensure I don't beco the second Uchiha Itachi, who suffered continuous tornt and bloodline disease because his body was too weak to bear the burden of the powerful spiritual and ocular power of his Mangekyo Sharingan."
What was cheating?
This was cheating.
Cheating with Sharingan felt good.
Cheating with the system was even better.
However, cheating with the pure Otsutsuki bloodline, Sharingan, and system? Now, that was broken.

With that, Seii closed his eyes for a second and opened them again.
The crimson Sharingan receded, allowing his ocean-blue Tenseigan to erge again.
Then, he slowly walked toward the empty racks and put the scroll in his hand in its place.
After that, Seii walked toward the Fire Release Ninjutsu section of the ancestral archives and picked a few scrolls.
He used a special Fuinjutsu seal to copy the content from the original scrolls to several empty scrolls Seii had brought from the outside.
While using the Fuinjutsu seal to copy the content of the original scroll, Seii's face couldn't help but beco a little strange.
If I'm not mistaken, this Fuinjutsu seal used to copy the content of one docunt to another is an exclusive sealing technique developed by the Senju clan.
Even the Uzumaki clan has no such sealing technique. The Uzumaki clan never bothered to create such a sealing technique that is only useful for copying the written content of one scroll and pasting the copied content into other empty scrolls.
After all, when you are forced to participate in life-and-death battles every other day, who would have the free ti to develop such a Jutsu that is useless in battle situations?
Isn't it better to develop new Ninjutsu?
But no. The Senju clan still created such a copy-and-paste sealing technique.
No wonder the Senju clan had tens of thousands of Jutsu in the Fire Release Ninjutsu archive alone.
Master of a thousand skills (one of the interpretations of the word "Senju" in Naruto Universe)? More like the collector of a thousand skills.

Then, he stretched his limbs to lt away the mild stiffness he felt from staying in one place for a long ti.
"Alright. I have got what I need to develop my next Ninjutsu."
"But first, it's ti to go and play with little Tsunade."
"With all the training and missions, I really couldn't spend much ti with her."
With that, Seii walked away from the archive room.
