"We need to get out of here. Right now."
Feeling the urgency in Seii's voice, both Touma and Haneda tensed imdiately.
But Touma still asked, "Are you sure you detected correctly? How can an S-rank chakra beast, which usually stays within the core region of Deepwood Forest, co here, to the outer peripheral region?"
"Is it possible that it's just an AA-rank beast that is on the verge of reaching the S-rank. In that case, we can definitely fight it."
Seii imdiately cursed, "Fight my ass, you bastard."
"That chakra beast will reach here within a few minutes. If we don't get away now, we will lose a limb or two to retreat, given that we don't die right away."
Haneda had a solemn expression and asked, "Then why are we arguing here? Let's run."
Seii shook his head grimly and replied, "Just running away won't work. A powerful chakra beast, especially one that reached the threshold of S-rank, can easily track us using our scent from miles away."
"If we want to run away successfully, we need to create a diversion and hold the beast here as long as possible while we get the hell out of here."
After saying that, Seii reached out to his storage seal, which was curved into his bracelet, and retrieved three sealing tags.
He kept one and gave the other two to Touma and Haneda.
Although Touma and Haneda were confused, they took the sealing tags and looked at Seii with a questioning look.
Seii didn't keep them in suspense and imdiately explained the function of the sealing tags.
"Alright. This here is the sealing tag containing the Chakra Isolation Seal, a special Fuinjutsu seal I have invented to prevent any ninja or chakra beast with a powerful sensory capability from detecting our chakra or chakra signature using their chakra field."
"As long as you don't use any Jutsu that causes significant disturbance in the chakra around you, this Fuinjutsu seal can help you conceal your chakra from other people's sensory range completely."
Next, Seii retrieved a glass container and sprayed its liquid content several tis on him while explaining, "And this is a special liquid that will completely mask your sll or scent."
"Just freaking spray it on your body multiple tis, and it will do the trick."
Hearing this, Touma and Haneda nodded, took the spray, and applied it to themselves.
Seii took a deep breath and focused his gaze toward the incoming chakra beast's location.
"Now, I just need to set up a diversion that will give us an ample amount of ti to run away from its detection range and leave this forest."
Soon, Seii ford a single-handed cross seal with his middle and index fingers and poured no less than 200,000 units of chakra into the Jutsu.
Puff!!!
An extrely stable and solid shadow clone, capable of taking several heavy hits and even lacerations, appeared beside Seii.
Seii looked at the shadow clone's eyes, and the shadow clone did the sa.
Being an extension of Seii's chakra, the shadow clone already knew what its job was.
It nodded at Seii with a solemn expression. Finally, it activated the Body Flicker Technique and disappeared from its spot.
Its destination?
It was clearly toward the chakra beast that was approaching them.

Touma and Haneda nodded.
Next, all three of them channeled chakra into the sealing tags, causing the sealing technique to activate and create an invisible barrier around them, completely isolating their chakra from a third party's senses or detection range.
With everything in place, the trio also activated the Body Flicker Technique and rushed toward the exit of the Deepwood Forest as quickly and silently as possible.

While Seii and his friends were rushing to get out of the forest as soon as possible, Seii's shadow clone was moving to intercept the approaching wolf-like creature.
After a couple of minutes, the shadow clone finally saw the figure of the chakra beast without using the farsight ability of his Tenseigan.
After all, it was just a few hundred ters away from him.
The creature was a massive wolf with glossy, white fur that resembled snow. It was a little more than five ters tall and eight ters long.
It had long canines, sharp claws, and a pair of beautiful blue eyes as piercing as the winter chill, and a small crown-like structure over its head.
Overall, the chakra beast looked rather majestic.
But the massive reserves of chakra sitting peacefully inside its body, ready to burst with full power, made the shadow clone of Seii realize the explosive strength hidden within its majestic form.
As Seii's shadow clone was assessing the approaching beast, the beast's icy-blue eyes also locked onto him.
As soon as their eyes were locked, the shadow clone imdiately broke out in a cold sweat. The sheer pressure and ferocity radiating from the chakra beast were enough to make others unable to move in fear and turn their legs into jelly.
But is Seii, or to be precise, his shadow clone, the type of person who gets paralyzed by powerful opponents?
Of course not.
If he did, he would be the sha of all transmigrators.
What's more, he was just a shadow clone.

In the blink of an eye, Seii expelled a compressed, high-pressure jet of water from his mouth that carried enough power to slice through a block of thick steel like a hot knife through a block of butter.
The jet of water quickly rushed toward the wolf's body, ready to pierce through its head and torso.
But the wolf showed no sign of fear. It didn't even make any attempt to dodge the deadly jet of water.
Instead, its eyes glead for a second.
It stopped on its track, directed its snout toward the sky, and let out an ear-piercing howl.
"Aaaawoooooooooo!!"
At that mont, a surge of violent chakra emanated from its body, and the surrounding temperature dropped rapidly.
A gust of icy air blew around the wolf, covering trees, stones, leaves, ground, and everything else within a radius of a hundred ters in a thick layer of ice.
As for the deadly waterjet approaching it?
It turned into ice before it could even reach the wolf. In fact, the ice traced the water and spread toward Seii, forcing him to cancel the Jutsu.
"Tsk!"
"It's going to be tough!"
Seii's shadow clone clicked its tongue and assessed the current situation to create a proper battle strategy as soon as possible.
