"Shall we dance?"

Seii spoke while pointing his sword at the group of five samurai before him. His voice was laced with mild amusent.

The samurai didn't speak.

They just stared at Seii, a child who hadn't even reached his teenage years, talking to experienced war veterans like them with a casual attitude.

However, the last exchange between them and Seii made it clear that the strength of this boy was no joke.

He easily dodged their flying chakra slashes. And he was fast enough to cast a protective Water Release Ninjutsu that didn't even budge after taking multiple flying chakra slashes.

That wasn't normal.

But still, he was just one boy.

They knew that this boy must have his allies nearby. Otherwise, no one would be mad enough to show up openly. But they didn't know how far they were hiding.

Plus, the boy in front of them did sothing that caused a large amount of chakra to flare up all around them.

They just didn't know what he did, which was natural because only Seal Masters and those who were extrely sensitive to chakra could accurately detect the invisible chakra barrier surrounding the Shimada clan.

Heck, the boy could be bait, albeit a rather strong one—soone they would not be able to defeat quickly.

But powerful or not, if they worked together, they could at least hold him off for a few tens of seconds before the ninjas and other samurai resting inside the Shimada clan ground showed up.

With this thought, the lead samurai, the one with the chakra reserves of a full-fledged Jonin, dashed forward at full speed.

anwhile, the other four samurai stayed back and let a large amount of chakra flow into their swords, clearly preparing to unleash another barrage of flying chakra slashes at Seii.

Their plan was simple.

To overwhelm Seii with both close and long-range attacks at the sa ti.

After all, he was just a kid.

Even with all his strength and impressive Ninjutsu casting speed, how much battle experience could he even have?

They just needed to pressure him from all sides and suffocate him with a barrage of unpredictable attacks.

This way, Seii wouldn't be able to flee.

The distance between Seii and the samurai leader was less than forty ters. And the samurai leader, empowered by a strong physique and chakra, closed that gap within a couple of seconds.

His blade, glowing faint blue due to the chakra flowing through it, was sturdier and sharper than even the sharpest steel swords.

His nearly two-ter-tall body, covered in standard samurai steel plate armor that protected all his vulnerable points and his torso, lood over Seii.

"You shouldn't have co here, boy."

The samurai leader said in a low, rumbling voice and brought his blade down with all his might.

Seii's lips curled up in a grin.

And then…

Clang!

Seii also let chakra flow into his ninjato to reinforce its durability and sharpness before blocking the samurai's sword that crashed down on him with practiced ease.

His calm voice rang in the samurai's ears.

"I didn't want to co here either, but…"

At the next mont, Seii flicked his blade upwards using the power of his monstrous physique, which was far stronger than most adult full-fledged Jonin-level ninjas.

Cling!

Sparks flew as Seii's forceful flick caused the lead samurai's sword to bounce back, flinging his hands backward.

"Impossible." The samurai whispered in disbelief. His eyes widened in alarm.

And before the lead samurai could steady himself, Seii's left hand caught his right arm and forcefully pulled the nearly two-ter-tall man closer with the sa ease as an adult toying with a weak, helpless child.

"...But since I am here, I might as well have so fun."

Seii finished his sentence and slamd his right knee on the samurai's gut, which was protected by thick steel armor.

Normally, such an attack would even make the samurai feel a thing, thanks to the protection of the steel samurai armor.

However…

Senju Secret Taijutsu Style: Chakra Enhanced Strength

BOOM!

The chakra concentrated on Seii's right knee detonated outward the mont the knee touched the samurai.

Armor cracked. And the force of the explosion was transmitted into the head samurai's body, causing his internal organs to shift and twist.

"Guh…"

Air was knocked out of the samurai's lungs, and his body suffered from several cracked bones.

And before long, his body flew backward like a cannonball.

In less than a few seconds, his body hit the ground. He rolled helplessly a few tis before stopping.

Puke…

The sheer impact of the chakra detonation fractured his ribs. He stayed on the ground like a broken doll and puked blood. He was clearly suffering from severe internal bleeding.

Still, at least he was alive. He wouldn't die from this.

…Or so he thought.

Hisss…!!

Soon, the sound of sothing burning and crackling echoed, making him snap his head toward his right hand, the sa hand that Seii had grabbed to draw him closer before dealing a devastating knee strike.

And what he saw almost gave him a heart attack.

An explosive tag was attached to his right arm, right over his elbow. And it had already been activated.

With his battered body, he could only watch helplessly while cursing Seii's ancestors.

Before he could even move to peel the explosive tag off his arm…

"Fuck!!!!"

The tag exploded.

Booooooom!

The lead samurai's body was engulfed in the explosion, making his body burst into several pieces. And even those pieces were burnt to ashes by the high-temperature crimson fire released by the explosive tag's detonation.

An elite samurai died without even getting a chance to resist.

The remaining four samurai, who were channeling chakra to their swords, froze.

Their eyes almost popped out in disbelief.

Their minds were swirling with one question: Just what the fuck happened here?

But they were trained samurai with decades of combat experience.

So, they quickly snapped out of the shock and locked their eyes on Seii, the one who was responsible for everything that had just happened.

Seii looked at their eyes, which were filled with murderous intent, and asked, "What?"

He tossed his ninjato into the air and caught it with a smile, all while eting the murderous gaze of the remaining samurai.

And then he poured more oil into the fire. "Don't look at like that. I just gave him a proper send-off. He should be eting the Sage of Six Paths soon, you know."

The murderous intent of the samurai intensified.

One of them even cursed.

"Bastard."

And then, more flying chakra slashes flew toward Seii.

Seii dodged them with ease while thinking…

Well, what I said was true, though.

The soul of that uncle of mine must be wandering between the borders of the living world and the Pure Land.

Tsk!

So, technically, he is aware of every soul that has passed away in this world.

Seii narrowed his eyes and looked at the remaining four samurai

I had played enough.

"It's ti to finish them off and join the team."
