Nanako pointed her finger at Seii and said, "Seii, take them off, all of them."
Hearing this, Seii instinctively wrapped his arms around himself, as if he were trying to protect his chastity.
He was completely dumbfounded and blurted out, "Huh?"
When Nanako saw Seii's ridiculous actions, her lips couldn't help but twitch. The veins on her forehead practically throbbed with annoyance.
She smiled coldly and said, "Student Seii, for this practical evaluation, I need you to take off all your storage ninja tools, swords, kunai, shuriken, and all the ninja tools, including smoke bombs and flash bombs."
"And when I said taking them off, I ant taking off every single one of them, including your chakra-enhancing gloves, your inner armor, hidden weapons, and explosive tags."
Take off all of them? Why the fuck did I prepare them for then? Seii cursed inwardly, but he complied with the order.
After all, this was for the test.
As Seii began taking off his weapons, tools, and combat supplies, Iori Nanako explained the test's content.
"Student Seii, for this Anti-Personnel combat evaluation, you will be facing Hino Aikawa, a peak Elite Jonin of Konoha, with combat records of fighting enemy S-rank ninjas to a standstill."
The mont Nanako finished saying those words, she waved her hand.
At that signal, one of the masked figures at the back, a tall, burly ninja with an intimidating presence, stepped forward and removed his mask.
He was a middle-aged ninja with orange-red hair and a beard. His golden-brown eyes were sharp as he stared at Seii with intense battle intent.
Seii's eyes landed on him as he took off his storage seal bracelet from his right wrist. Thanks to his Tenseigan, he could detect hot, burning red and crackling white energy signatures in his chakra, signifying Hino Aiwaka's imnse mastery over Fire and Lightning Release techniques.
Hino Aikawa from the Hino clan. I heard they are famous for their powerful Kekkei Genkai with very high damage-dealing capabilities—Combustion Release, a unique blend of Fire and Lightning Release chakra.
Although not all Hino clan ninjas awaken this Kekkei Genkai, considering the fact that Hino Aikawa is an Elite Jonin who can fight S-rank ninjas to a standstill, the probability of him possessing Combustion Release is very high.
They are also masters of Fire and Lightning Release Ninjutsu, and have extrely tough bodies. Their raw strength, stamina, and explosive power may not match the Senju clan ninjas, but they are formidable nonetheless.
Seii thought inwardly and analyzed his opponent.
He had finished taking off all his ninja equipnt, external protective tools, and supplies. He stood calmly, waiting for further instructions from Iori Nanako.
Nanako smiled and explained, "In this combat evaluation, you are not allowed to use any form of weapon, armor, pill, or external aid. That's why I asked you to remove all your ninja tools, inner armor, storage tools, and supplies."
"Similarly, your opponent, Hino Aikawa, won't use any external aid or weapon either."
"Pretty fair, isn't it?"
Seii nodded in agreent, but he secretly rolled his eyes in his mind.
Fair, my ass.
Most Combustion Release ninjas don't even use ninja tools or swords.
You clearly know that my combat effectiveness skyrockets using ninjato, throwing ninja tools, and other aids, since I can blast my opponents off with surprise Ninjutsu attacks without forming hand seals.
And you know that I use Water Release and Lightning Release Ninjutsu most of the ti.
So, you have selected a Combustion Release user who is also a Fire and Lightning release specialist.
Lightning counters water, and fire can block lightning. And Combustion Release techniques are highly lethal, making it difficult for to engage in close combat for a long ti using my bare body.
A combustion release user's body emits so much heat that even touching their body can burn soone.
But it doesn't matter. My Water affinity is at LV7. No matter how fierce the combustion is, I will cool it off.
"As for the other rules, they are still the sa," said Nanako. "You will fight Hino Aikawa for five minutes, if you can hold until the five minutes are over, that is."
"Defeating your opponent will earn you full marks."
"Just try not to be defeated within one minute, or I will have no choice but to fail you, student Seii."

"Alright, now take your positions."
Seii and Aikawa both nodded and walked to the center of the training ground.
They stood fifteen ters apart, waiting for the signal from Iori Nanako to engage in combat.

Seii thought maliciously when Iori Nanako's voice rang in the training ground again.
"Since both parties are ready, the battle begins…NOW!"
As soon as the voice fell, Hino Aikawa ford a couple of hand seals so fast that his fingers looked almost blurry to the naked eye.
Combustion Release: Rotating Chakra Disc
Combustion Release chakra, which was akin to plasma, burst out of Aikawa's palms, forming one bright red, scorching, explosive chakra disc over each of his palms, each one having a diater of fifty centiters.
The mont those two discs appeared, the surrounding temperature rose trendously, producing invisible heat waves that twisted the air around them.
Go!
As soon as Aikawa commanded the chakra discs inwardly and controlled their chakra, they shot toward Seii at breakneck speed, leaving a faint trail of fla in the air.
Seii saw the incoming fiery chakra discs with a smile and thought, They are fast. But not fast enough.
He easily dodged them and moved ten ters away from their trajectory in the blink of an eye. One of the chakra discs even sliced through a rock behind Seii's previous location like a sharp knife cutting through a block of tofu.
"Oh?"
However, those two fiery chakra discs, instead of continuing on their paths, took sharp turns and shot toward Seii once more.
"They have a precise homing ability, I see."
Thanks to his Tenseigan, Seii could easily see two tendrils of invisible chakra controlling those discs. As long as Aikawa maintained his chakra control and concentration, those discs would keep following Seii until they were destroyed.
As soon as he realized that, he ditched his plan to dodge them again.
Instead, he released a large amount of water chakra and controlled the water vapor in the atmosphere. To perform Ninjutsu that he had mastered, he no longer needed to perform hand seals.
He directly controlled and mobilized chakra.
Water Release: Water Dragon Dance Bomb
Within milliseconds, his water chakra and atmospheric water vapor condensed into nurous tiny droplets of water.
Those droplets of water quickly converged and ford a dozen-ter-long, serpentine, controllable water dragon construct that roared and charged at the incoming blazing chakra discs.
Aikawa tried to make one fiery disc collide with the water dragon while making the other chakra disc bypass it and attack Seii.
But to his surprise, Seii controlled the water dragon to coil around both of the chakra discs before Aikawa could even blink an eye, forming a giant do of water, trapping the discs inside it.
The do cut off Aikawa's control over the discs, causing them to lose their restraints.
Soon, the do of water and the fiery discs trapped inside them detonated simultaneously.
BOOM! Sizzle!
After the blast, the fiery plasma and water interacted with each other, releasing a large amount of mist that shrouded the training ground, obscuring everyone's vision, including Hino Aikawa's.
However, Seii had Tenseigan's X-ray vision. He could easily see the current location of Hino Aikawa.
Naturally, he seized this opportunity to attack.
Seii wasted no ti, molded his chakra, and released wind chakra from his palm's tenketsu.
